This company consistently provides excellent service. I called them yesterday to repair my refrigerator that was not cooling, and they made it. The technician arrived within the set period and gave me notice when he was on his way. He explained all of his findings and what needed to be done. I will have them back for work needs. Highly recommended service!

My wife made an appointment to have our refrigerator and gas stove repaired. After I came home from work, I spoke with Lawrence regarding our appliances. He was very helpful in answering my questions. Howard and Benjamin came to our home to diagnose our problems with our refrigerator and stove. They were very professional. In fact, they were fun to be with. One of the burners on the stove would not ignite and needed a new switch. The refrigerator needed major repair and would be costly. Howard and Benjamin gave us estimates. We told them to order the switch for the stove. We are still considering whether to buy a new refrigerator or repair it. The part for the stove arrived a few days later and Howard and Benjamin came out to fix the stove. Our experience with Thermador Group was very positive. And Howard and Benjamin did a wonderful job.

What a great find. I called Willie at Thermador Group and left a message that my washer stopped working. He called back right away and came the next day. Within minutes he figured out the problem, which the previous repairman could not do. Came back the next day with the part and the rest is history. What a nice, polite, honest, and hardworking gentleman. I am so happy that I now have an appliance repairman to call when I need one.

Our refrigerator stopped working yesterday. Called Frank and left a message. He called back promptly and I texted photos of the appliance, model number, and make. He came out the same day and quickly found the problem. Frank is very nice to work with and was able to order the part and pick up today. I noticed some water leaking from the bottom of my refrigerator and it was very unusual. I pulled out my fridge and noticed one of the rubber tubes was leaking water. I knew this had to be repaired so i called Thermador Group. I don't remember who i spoke to over the phone, but she was very kind and told me not to worry. She scheduled me an appointment with Clarence and gave me a window from 3-6pm. Clarence arrived at 4: 00pm and quickly got to work. He told me this wasn't a big issue and he was able to fix the repair on the spot. Thanks to Clarencemy refrigerator doesn't leak anymore!

I cannot say enough positive words for Thompson at Thermador Group. Our refrigerator broke and I called him the very next morning. He said he didn't have a set time open for another two days but that he would do his best to come that afternoon if he could because he didn't want us to be without our refrigerator. Sure enough, I got a phone call from him that afternoon letting me know he was going to be able to squeeze us in. He was at our house at the exact time he said he would be there, checked out the fridge, had the part already with him, and had our fridge up and running in about 5 minutes! His price for the part and service was extremely fair and he was very professional. We have finally found an appliance service technician we can trust and we will be calling on him again in the future for sure!

Thermador Group, professional, & expert service! We called them late Friday evening with regard to 3 issues. Thermador Group called us back first thing Saturday AM. Within the day, 2 of the three issues were resolved. The 3rd issue was resolved less than 24 hours later because a part was required. Thermador Group came out immediately when the part was received and fixed our built-in refrigerator within minutes. BEST service I have encountered for my home in a VERY long time. Well done.

Thermador Group is the only place you need to call for appliance repair. Watson is extremely knowledgeable on all appliances and carries the parts with him in his van. No deposits upfront or wasted days of waiting for parts to be ordered. Within a two-hour period of time, he had my freezer up and running. You do not need to go anywhere else for great service and timely repair. I highly recommend the Thermador Group for all your appliance repair.

Harris at Thermador Group was great and was pleased to find that he works later than most repair men/businesses. The Fridge started to make noise and warm up in the freezer, found out that it was a relay and compressor starts: Total Cost only $140! Good thing it wasn't the compressor.
