Thomas Daly is a great lawyer I recommend him and his office to who ever needs a great lawyer he made sure I did no time in a case I was dead to rights in you can talk to him about whatever he’s not a public pretender he actually cares and does his job I’ve never had a court appointed attorney that did so much for me! I plan on not getting in trouble again but if I did I would hope he’d be my lawyer again thank u so much for you professionalism and really handling my case with care and being so easy to talk to you were not only my lawyer but became a friend thank you so much again be blessed in your journey to the top you’d be a great judge one day lol

I was involved in an incident which led to me being arrested. I’ve never been before so the process was new to me. I was referred to Thomas Daly an he made it the most comfortable and informative experience for me and I’d definitely recommend.

I was involved in an incident on my property with my neighbor who injured himself and decided to have me charged with criminal battery. I was first served with a civil suit for a restraining order. I was referred to Thomas Daly and after meeting with Mr. Daly I retained his services to represent me in the restraining order case. The case turned criminal when the assault and battery charges were levied against me. Mr. Daly didn't miss a beat. He changed gears and started preparing a solid defense strategy. Due to Covid and other delays we are going into our third year of fighting this. So my case remains unresolved at the time of this review. However, I truly believe that thanks to Thomas Daly and his team I will be exonerated and go home. If you are reading this you are probably in need of representation in some regard. I was a victim of police misconduct. It was the time when COVID19 just hit the US, everything was shutting down, there was nothing going on, the police officers were bored. The Clayton PD I ran across knew they were a whole bunch of cowboys, they did not do their due diligence, pulled a search warrant thinking they were heroes to save Clayton, and that they got something. Turn out there were no heroes but zeros. In order to 'save their faces, they nit-picked whatever they saw in my house, like child endangerment because I did not lock up the cannabis I use in the drawer. Made-up stories so they did not look as stupid. I was in shock, the lead officer told me in person that there was no crime in front of my face, but when he returned back to the office, he wrote a report to charge me for child endangerment. That was how I got to know Thomas Daily, he was a great lawyer, he explained to me that this was, unfortunately, our messed up legal justice system. He helped me greatly, I cannot thank him anymore. If you are a victim of police misconduct or set up by the police, you have to come to Thomas Daily. You will be glad that you did.

Dude is nothing short of outstanding. I hired him in June 2020 for dui charge that I had from back 2012. It was my 3rd dui at the time and I’d had a warrant out for it for over 7 years. I knew with certainty the DA was wanting to throw the book at me and that was the case. I lived with the fear of this hanging over my head for 7 years, as well as not having a license and dealing with the matter showing up on background checks, and yes I know this was my own fault. I finally decided to handle the matter and pay my dues which was most likely going to be a year in jail and another 3 years without a license because the conviction would trigger an additional 3 years of suspension. I prepared to accept this as the consequence of me not handling the matter for so long. I contacted my previous lawyer Dan O’Malley from the firm O’Connor Runckle and O’Malley law firm. O’Malley was extremely rude to me even though I was a previous client and he painted a total doom and gloom picture to me and that there wasn’t much he was going to be able to do given the circumstances. I decided to look for a 2nd opinion and man am I glad i did! I reached out to Mr. Daly and it was night and day. He was friendly and did not make me feel judged at all. Once I explained my situation he immediately set forth formulating his game plan which was to get the case dismissed completely. I’ll be honest I had no faith in that happening at all but his confidence and demeanor made me feel a little bit at ease for the first time in 7 years even though I was convinced there wasn’t much he was going to be able to do. Over the next few weeks Thomas always checked in with me and kept me up to date with what he was doing and what he needed from me. He was consistent with his outstanding and personable treatment of me. I was never left wondering what was going on and his confidence in what he was going to do never wavered and my fear and anxiety actually eased over the weeks even though I was getting closer and closer to judgment day. Approximately 7 weeks after I retained Daly I get a call from him letting me know he got the DA to somehow some way dismiss my case AND dismiss probation and the probation violations. EVERYTHING COMPLETELY GONE AND DONE WITH! I had to keep pinching myself to make sure it was real. For the first time in 7 years I have my life back, nothing hanging over my head and my license all because of Thomas Daly. If you are considering hiring an attorney I seriously urge you to look no further. The guy was top notch in every way imaginable. Would give 500 stars if possible.

He's a great friendly guy. He know his business. He responds in a timely manner and definitely get things done. I trust him and if I come across a problem again that he can handle it will be him that I want and would recommend him to anyone he can serve.
