Please don't ask real meaning of the "Breezewood" untill you see the photos of my place.
I am deeply appreciating to Lorena and her staffs for Sincere, Keep the place clean and safe, every Tuesday morning tea & snack time, Heartful assistance with warm smile and kindness for the every needs of the all seniors in here.

I should have written a review years ago. I applied for senior housing & I only discovered how much TSA has done for the community throughout Southern California. I moved to Redwood Village when it opened in 1984. I had two kids in diapers and an unruly husband. My kids attended Redwood Village children center, I believe the experience of living there and attending the day care center helped shape who they became. My son is a registered nurse and my daughter is in architecture. To this day they remain friends with kids from RWV! When we moved in it was run like a well oiled machine, George and Edith were tough but kind, I saw residents move into management positions and move up in life. Eventually we took a chance & moved on
redwood was an opportunity for a young family starting out. For me it was a stepping stone, I was given an opportunity to go out into the world and try something else. Redwood village gave me the courage to try. But as I’m entering my twilight years it’s not so easy. Best of luck to all who applied and thank you TSA

Each time I look out my window I delight at the sight of verdant shrubbery and blooming variety of flowers.an environment so well maintained. The pool site, gym, and resident hall are always kept clean, lending a feeling of well-being to us, residents. We enjoy a wide variety of fun activities often enriched with snacks and delicious dishes prepared and served by staff. The respectful and accommodating attitude of the Breezewood team towards us, residents makes us feel valuable and well-esteemed as members of our society. I feel deeply privileged to live at Breezewood Village

I live at Strathern park for 20 years. I couldn’t be happier here. The staff is amazing the place is safe and I feel like I live at a high end resort

I have been living at one of the Thomas Safran properties for twenty five years. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The property is so well maintained. The manager, the maintenance and the janitorial are wonderful. The landscape crew upkeep the property plants and trees so they are beautiful. I also love all the activities that we have especially the birthday celebrations and game days. Thank you for everything Mr. Safran!

I just moved here in Breezewood Village, La Mirada Dec. 2022 and the first time I saw this place I’ve already feel a peace of mind.
This village is excellent and great place to live in. I don’t have any complaints. The admin Lorena and Mario are always ready to accommodate you with a smile on their face.
Places and areas are always cleaned and I feel very secured. Neighbors are very nice.
I thank Lorena and Mario for doing a great and excellent job.

Redwood Village is the ideal place to live. Danielle Perez, the property manager, is both extraordinarily friendly and professional, creating a fantastic atmosphere in every aspect. We have a wonderful community at Redwood with lots of community events that make us resident feel special. The property is up kept, well -maintained, and always clean. I would like to give a personal thanks to Mr. Thomas Safran, as well as his associates. It is due to his vision to help very hard working people that we are able to thrive in this community, the impeccable Redwood village.

Redwood Village is a wonderful place to live. With 52 Redwood trees on the property, I live in the forest. The management is professional and caring. Work orders are promptly taken care of. I was on the waitlist for 4 year and I am so grateful, this place saved me from an abusive relationship. My 3 kids and I are safe with the cameras and gate surrounding the property. THANK YOU REDWOOD VILLAGE!

I'm a resident at Redwood Village where the property is immaculate and the manager is always responsive.

They are not helpful, Canby woods is like the ghost town, for almost 1 and haft year they have no one who can manage this building, they have a person there who call his self as a manager he came like 3 months ago, and he doesn't care about anything. He just walk out from the office most days, and he never show up, and we have a assistant manager, who is so worst, and they both are not professional, they are doing alot illegal things here. I hope someone can hear my voice, and help me. 90% of the people who live here they can't speak English and the manager and staff taking advantage of this saturation.

Not helpful. Inquired about a new bldg in Inglewood. I was told it was not affordable but luxury and she was implying, maybe I should look somewhere
Else. Also, I have been on their list and never have I been called, for any bldg.

I won the lottery for housing I’m on disability, after waiting 6 months I get a call telling I don’t qualify for the 30%. I’m filling a complaint soon as I post this. I filled out the application that showed I was disabled and I confirmed that I would only pay 30% this does not pass the smell test! I won the lottery fair and square! #Reseda theater housing, I will be calling the reseda city council as well.

They are the most thorough management company when it comes to paperwork and income verifications for affordable housing. This is good to ensure those who really qualify receive it. Only issue is they shouldn’t require people on their waitlist to come in person every 4 months to updated all their paperwork and verifications. That should only be done once a year. It’s difficult and very expensive to travel to their LA office when you’re disabled.

Thomas Safran doesn't work with its tenants. They are all about the money. You can't move into a bigger unit within they're company. And they always threatened to evict you if you don't agree with them.

This morning I called to understand how low income housing works, the woman who answered very rude I had questions she clicked the line and lead me right back to the rotation of ending the call. It's sad because they were all over the city of Inglewood site but the young lady that answered she gave "Thomas Safran & Associates" a bad name
