Dr. Tooma did my surgery 13 years ago. I am still seeing 20/20. This was the best investment of my life

I had 2 lasik procedures by Dr. Tooma and my eyes feel like and just far from normal. My vision is terrible snd way worse! I feel nervous going out and about due to this. They keep saying dry eyes but there’s been no change. I wish 100% I didn’t do this. I just wanna cry because it’s terrible!
