7Came here to shop with my grandparents. Once we went to go checkout at the NURSERY SALES COUNTER the cashier (Michelle) was very inattentive. We asked for help and immediately regretted it because she definitely didn’t have the right attitude to be working at a customer service / cashier position. She was talking on the phone the whole time. There’s a Separate time for phone calls and WORK. Especially when you have customers having questions. We asked for her help again and she seem bothered by it and made a face. Won’t be returning here for our landscaping project with this type of service
Still waiting. One hour so far for 55 bricks. No English! Buyer beware.
I like Thompson’s building supply. I received out standing customer service from Jessis Y this gentleman really knows how to provide great customer service. They have everything you need for outdoor remolding or nes construction.
In my 54 years, I've never seen such an Amazing Place (except Disneyland). My wife and I joked that they could charge admission. Great selection, reasonable prices, unbelievable examples of how you can best utilize the products they sell. Vast array of Pottery Choices. Beautiful Aviary and actual ponds, you must visit this place period!
Tried asking for help was greeted very rudely lots of stuff no pricing wouldnt shop here plenty places to buy plants
They have some pretty cool one of a kind decorative pieces. I just think that they are a little pricey on most items, but if you have the budget go for it!

Very large site, very interesting variety of stone, plants, garden art, etc.
I was looking for ground cover rock and ended up with a beautiful Abutilon Tiger Eye plant…couldn’t pass it up.
Friendly staff and highly recommended.
