18Had excellent service once again at Thompsons, Mike Quinonez was very helpful and courteous and patiently answered all my questions.
The service dept was very knowledgeable and polite. They inspected my vehicle, called me with the prognosis and completed the repairs in a timely manner.
I had an excellent experience. I would recommend to all my friends and family.
Nightmare. That's the only word to describe my mistake of buying a Ram truck, and this dealership made the entire experience even worse.
Problem after Problem started with lies and undelivered promises. Not to mention, after the engine failed, at less than 10,000 miles, they didn't care just have me Chryslers 800 number. Then more problems, oh you have to wait 4 months to have the brand new truck looked at.
They said "don't drive it if it's a problem" but no loaner car or offering of a solution. Now, the "maintenance free" battery is dead.
Lemon law lawyers are getting what they can so I can give them back this POS. So sad.

I just finished my second Ram Truck purchase at Thompson's. Again I feel we received the "Best Bang For Our Buck". I will highly recommend Thompson's for all CDJR and Toyota needs.

This the second time I have bought a Jeep from Thompson Jeep. The whole process took about 3 hours from test drive to driving off in my new Grand Cherokee. My sales person was excellent, good product knowledge and a fair negotiator. Finance was a breeze. Overall, I had a great experience. I love my new Jeep!
The entire team at Thompson was very patient and knowledgeable. I told them what I wanted, they showed me what they had in stock. Jesse, Brad, Barry and Jason made my purchase easy. The team took the time to explain all the different models available and what the different financing options were available. A few days after I took possession I took it back to the dealer to have some additional work done to the vehicle. The service department was great!

This dealership will try and screw you. They care nothing about integrity or honesty. The only goal is to squeeze every nickel from you…. Be warned! Forced addition of B. S.aftermarket items at 1,000% markup. Literally just trying to take money from you…
Donna Lew was my service adviser when I went in for a warranty fix on 4/13/23. As always, Donna does a very nice profession job with her customers. She is friendly, knows her stuff well, and keeps me informed of what is going on, and being sure I am informed of the status of the work on my vehicle, and lets me know on time when it will be ready. She makes me feel just like I was a personal friend of hers, and by far, the best service advisor I have even had at a car service department! My wife Shirley Day also feels the same about Donna.
By the way, I ordered and purchased a new 2022 RAM and a new 2022 Grand Cherokee from your company, and I bought both of them through your Product Specialist, Matt Amaral. Matt is also high on my list of your employees in the sales department. He really knows everything about the cars I was ordering, and kept me informed during the entire process. I recently recommended Matt to one of my friends that is about to buy a new RAM truck, and my friend was also impressed, and is about to purchase his truck there.

The service dept.went out of their way in get me in for oil change when I had a family emergency out of state! They were very helpful and stayed overtime for me. A one service!
My Husband had a recall on his new Ram Rebel which Thompson took care of. The only thing was the greasy handprints left on the back of the tail gate and the greasy oil spot on the middle console from when the technician took the vehicle for a test run. Paying attention to detail is very important. If they are lax on that, are they lax on their work. Something to think about.
The dealership is relatively small but what they lack in size, they make up with friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. I recently purchased a new RAM 2500 at Thompsons. Barry Evert and Robert Braun were both amazing to work with. Combined, they made the purchase experience the best I’ve had at a dealership. Their service department is also top notch and I had already been using them for an older RAM that I purchased from another dealer. Dona has got to be one of the best service advisers I’ve ever worked with. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m only hesitant to recommend their service department because I think it is a hidden gem that isn’t too busy and the more people who use them, it might ruin the experience. Just kidding, you need to try them if you haven’t already.
Bought my vehicle at Thompson and just had its first service. Great and friendly service from Donna the service rep. I drove a two hour round trip rather than taking to the dealer literally 5 minutes from my house.
Daniel our Sales advisor was great. Knowledgeable and no pressure. Manager was also involved and pleasant. Would definitely go back to buy again.
