Dr. Elbert is friendly and thorough and has a great team of dentists to treat you! The Hygenist Rachel is friendly, does a great job and explains well. Happy to have found this dental provider. They do invisiline too!

Dr. Elbert and his team provide a wonderful experience and helped me get over my anxiety toward going to the dentist. They have high end technology and are very knowledgeable, providing many options for every unique situation. Probably the worst Dentist I have ever been too - his hygienist broke a bridge of mine and Dr. Elbert could not figure out how to replace it and kept forgetting to get advice on how to repair it (he mentioned he was going to "consult with colleagues")
and instead recommended a lot of elective procedures that still are very sensitive over a year later - I had to go to a good Dentist to replace the bridge he couldn't fix and did the same for an implant I had done - stay away!

This is the best dentist office ever. The staff are professional and kind. The office is very clean and welcoming. I am happy to have all my dental care at this wonderful office.

Amazing customer service as soon as you walk in, little to know wait time every single time. Dr. Albert is incredible and after being on Invisalign for only 2 months the results are unbelievable. No one does it better, come her I promise you won’t regret it!

Rachel Jackson is amazing! She makes me feel comfortable coming back and always welcomes and concerns. When we talk about my teeth she tells me what is priority first and walks me through the process. In addition, the office staff is also friendly and professional. The overall experience is an A+.

Clear printout and review of insurance with patients. Dr. Elbert is methodical about his work. The atmosphere is always calming. Focus on patient care is evident in every visit.

Great staff! Everyone I’ve had a chance to interact with has been fun (yes, even for a dental visit). Empowering me to decide on what treatment (s) are best through education and simple explanations. Not an LA Rams fan, but you can’t have it all!

Thousand Oaks smile design has a friendly staff and they do good work, and that’s why I didn’t give them one star. They recommended that I needed a deep cleaning, which wasn’t cheap compared to other dentist I have gone too. I paid in full after treatment, and about 9 months later I received another bill almost totaling the amount I had already paid. My insurance denied my claim because they said it wasn’t necessary. I spoke with the insurance specialist at TO Smile design, and she informed me she would speak with the owners to see what could be done with my new bill. I followed up a couple weeks later to check the status, and I received no response. I decided to call back before my upcoming appointment to find out they only wanted me to pay for 75% of the original treatment cost, and that I owed money for work they did which I thought was a standard cleaning.

Get a pre authorization from your insurance for any work they recommend. And beware of up sales!
