Neil brings a variety of skills and expertise to the table that quickly builds a level of trust and comfort when purchasing a home. With years of experience as a prior home inspector and current property manager as well as time spent in construction, he provides insight beyond the normal expectations and skills of a realtor. Not to mention, as a permanent San Diego resident of 25+ years, he knows San Diego especially Point Loma and surrounding areas. He also has multiple recommendations for various contractors in the area, which is very helpful in the post-buying phase. Additionally, he is extremely attentive and responsive. If you call/text, he will answer in a timely manner.

As a first time buyer, I am beyond happy with our purchase and Neil made the process as effortless as the buying process can be especially in the current market. I highly recommend 3GP either as a buyer's/seller's agent and/or for your property management needs!

I initially was just interested in a property listing, for those renting properties listen closely, Neil answered his phone. To add to that, he was very attentive for a short term $4k rental, so attentive in fact, that’s I asked if he was also a realtor. He was, and pretty amazing at that as well. The market was hot, we closed in late July after numerous attempts 20% over ask. He kept us calm, made sure we stuck to the right areas and found us the perfect house. Great experience right? I’m not done! Neil and his partner Celso worked to find us another rental in the area during our rent back period so we didn’t have to stay in a hotel or jump from Airbnb to Airbnb. When I’m ready to purchase an investment property in a few years, we will go back to 3 guys for the purchase and management of our place. Highly recommend.

I rented from three guys for over 4.5 years. They are fantastic! I loved being their tenant. They are friendly, responsive, 5 stars all the way!

For more than two years, Three Guys Properties have been doing an excellent job of managing our rental condo. Job One of property management is to shield the owners from the daily details of rental real estate, including rent collection, HOA compliance, and repairs/maintenance. Three Guys excel at managing both the routine tasks and the occasional headaches, including navigating tenants through a rough patch and keeping them in the rental with firm yet fair management. After several so-so experiences with property managers, we are very happy we found Three Guys. We recommend them without hesitation.

Three Guys Properties have been excellent to work with. They communicate effectively and stay on top of keeping the property rented. It gives a certain peace of mind to know that such hard working guys are watching over my properties.

Three Guys has done an amazing job managing our rental properties and hiring them was one of the best decisions we have made as property owners. They currently manage a single family home and a 6 unit apartment building for us. They are prompt and responsive and handle every situation with professionalism. I've purchased multiple homes in the past, but nothing compared to working with Neil and Celso. Their expertise, knowledge, support, patience, and attention to detail were far superb than any other agent/realty company I had ever dealt with. I cannot express the wonderful experience I had with this company.

Just an example. Neil would be crawling under houses with me as I was looking at them - pointing out potential issues, things to take notice of, and items to deep dive into with the inspector (if I was interested enough). Typical agents will not do this for their client - it was above and beyond and after a very long time of looking (I'm very picky), they were able to get me into my dream home.

Property managers are a dime a dozen and good property managers are hard to find! The Three Guys guys are REALLY good property managers.

We have been extremely pleased with Three Guys and their team. They handle everything for us professionally, quickly and efficiently. Neil's knowledge of landlord/tenant law and what is required to be a landlord is impressive, to say the least. We highly recommend them.

Three Guys Properties has been handling our rental property needs since 2013. Neil and Celso have provided top notch services to both us as landlords, and our tenants. Communication is important to us. We have always received a quick response to whatever is needed. Likewise, they have served as professional liaisons between the tenants and us. It is typical for us to text or email 3GP and get a response within the hour, usually within 5 minutes! I highly recommend 3GP for your rental property needs.

I was with another property management company for many years, when their quality began to deteriorate, so I began interviewing a few new PM companies. I was immediately very impressed with the knowledge, background (contracting & real estate) and energy of Neil and Celso. I hired them and they have been meeting or exceeding my expectations, which are pretty high. Nothing is more important, to a property owner, than honest prompt communication, setting goal and following through and they excel in those departments. I certainly would highly recommend them.

I rented a room in a house that was managed by Three Guys Properties. I felt that Three Guys was prompt to reply to needs of the tenants and quick to get things fixed in the house. They were easy to work with and treated their tenants with fairness, equality and respect.
On a personal note, I truly liked the "guys". They were super normal, nice and laid back humans!
