The ladies at the desk, are friendly and go out of their way, to make you feel comfortable. Dr Taxera, is a wonderful person, as well as a great optometrist. I give the office and the Dr an A+
Every visit to the office is a good experience. Pleasant people all over the building. I really appreciate the time spent with the doctors. I never feel rushed. Everything is discussed and explained. I moved from Yuba City seven years ago, and I drive up from Elk Grove every year because there is no one else better to go to.
This place is below average. Their techinician have no knowledges of adjusted the eyeglasses to fit customers. They pretty much just handed the eyeglasses to the customers and didn't ever offered to adjust or ask how it feel before kicked them out of the door. I would never recommended anyone to this place. Compared to other Optometry center. I can't even rated them. VERY POOR SERVICE!
I have been a patient of Dr Taxera for over 30 years. Dr Taxera is the best! Very thorough, and his staff are aces. They are knowledgeable, very friendly, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Three Rivers Optometry!

I am impressed with Dr. Tolman’s staff. Team members seem very competent, professional, and non-judgmental. In scheduling and rescheduling appointments, they have been patient, resourceful, and caring. In visiting the office, they create a welcoming, positive, and comfortable environment. Seems like they set a high quality standard for themselves and each member seeks to maintain and uphold that standard. Leadership starts from the top. Dr. Tolman answers all of your questions, really listens to you, and is knowledgeable, positive, and caring. Plus, they pipe in really good background music. I appreciate the team’s high quality service.
