Could not have asked for better service. Juanita (I think thats her name) is great! She lets you know what is going on with your vehicle and how long it will take so there are no surprises.

I was waiting to write this review because I was hoping that 3 way would make it right with me but after a year now they haven't, I bought a used certified Chevy Camaro from them not 3k miles later the rear tires had server steel belting showing from only the inside of the tires due to the car not being aligned properly when I bought it, they offered nothing and would not take no responsibility, then they sent me a email saying my car needs a transmission flush but when I bought the car it should of already had it due to the mileage it had on it, again they would not do anything for me, they also offered me 3 free car washes but then said I couldn't get them because my car rims won't fit in there car wash.will never buy Chevy certified use car again or anything from 3 way

Process of purchasing a vehicle here was pleasant and Kyle was a true professional. Many areas to sit and spacious. He walked us through the features and was patient with our questions. Also not pushy sales person, but was persistent. There's a difference.

I always bring my traverse for service and as expected they usually tell me how long it will take. I asked this time around since I wasn't sure in waiting or leaving and come back later. Well they said 1hr 30min which wasn't to bad so I waited.well that wasn't the case waited an additional 30min which is unacceptable! If anyone is told an estimated time it should be at least close to what they say. I wouldn't be upset if It was another 10min but 30min is not ok

Dreanna is a doll! She is so patient and informative. Even while I was frustrated she kept a cool head and a kind tone.
