They never have paper for receipts at the pump. You always have to go in the store for your receipt. I think they never change the paper so you might buy something else in the store but it's so annoying especially if you have kids in the car. It is really the last time I'm using this gas station!

I went here for years until they doubled charged my debit card for fuel. After calling the debit card provider they said to ask the gas station for a refund on the 2nd double charge, instead the gas station just denied it was double charged even though I showed them on my phone. More than 72 hours has passed and they still have yet to refund me. Their phone number doesn't work, but rather leads to a fax machine. No website, or corporate line.

I will gladly take down this post if they can refund my money.
Never deal with crooks who refuse to refund your money when it's apparent there is a duplicate token code.

Only use cash unless you are ok with them double charging you and doing nothing about it!

UPDATE: 8/14/2023:
The issue has FINALLY been resolved! The problem was with Square and their system, they admitted on the news that there was a double charging glitch and the refunds will be given. I have received my refund for the money lost and thankful that patience is a virtue. I am updating this bad review to a 5 star GOOD REVIEW since everything was brought to light.

Prices are high for a bad quality gas. They need to put rolls of papers/receipts on the pumps. Every time I go there, I try to take a receipt, and there none! I have to walk inside and get it. I have a bad knee and I can’t walk inside.

Both workers hispanic female orange brown hair and male with long hair are lazy, laughing and talking about customers in Spanish instead of doing their job… Don’t look at customers and talk about just because they are Armenian! You wouldn’t want to be judged!

Arco Station at 11454 Balboa Blvd, Granada HIlls. Just had $3000 put on my gas card at this location, called the facility and the people there hung up on me after telling me "oh Yeah" when I told them what is going on. Really, three transactions of $1000 each in one hour. For sure these rats are in on it. Asking for a manager and they dont want to give me information, and now they dont answer the phone. 730pm on 4/11/23 not hard to figure out the man that speaks no english and the female with broken english that hung up on me.

Always friendly. Tidy and filled with snacks and even a useable washroom. Clean

They should say no bathrooms at the pump so I don't spend my money here.
