Thrifty Wash Coin Laundry, Huntington Beach CA

The filthiest laundry mat I’ve ever seen in my life. Very disgusting & dirty. I cannot believe this place even passes city health code inspections. Looks like mold in the machines, old lint & dust EVERYWHERE. There is trash ALL OVER. They keep bags of soiled clothes that look like they’ve been sitting for days right out in front of everything. Floors are black-they are white tiles (what’s that tell you). I will never come back here again, this place should be shut down!

One star doesnt sum up how this owner runs his services.

Only contribution to getting a star is the arcade systems it owns and offers.

Came here to wash and the place was filthy, not coming back. Especially with covid still on the loose.

Worst place doesn't make any sense why you'd have to change your currency into digital currency and they charge a fee to do it never again.

I've used the laundry machines here twice, and each time it has created some kind of irritation on my skin and I had to rewash my clothes elsewhere to be able to wear them. First time I thought it might have been a fluke. Second time confirmed it for me. I have no idea what caused it. Better off going somewhere else.

Someone posted a review saying that you have to pay to use the bathroom. This is not true. It's just a security lock. The attendant will unlock the bathroom for you. I have been here twice. I have been to laundromats all around the country. There are no problems with this laundromat that I can report.

I really like this place. It is very cheap compared to others. The two brothers are very kind and friendly. I have been going to the place for the last 13 years.

Laundry scam play: my machine was reset halfway through the washing cycle. I always put timer on my phone in sync with the load wash time. At the final 10 minutes I went to check my laundry and machine said “done”. I have reason to believe lady short circuit machine, SKIPPING the RINSE cycle of the wash. Upon unloading laundry, clothes were dripping wet. Leading me to spend more at they DRYING Machines. This is the new 2022 laundry mat scam. I will be contacting the FBI.

After washing, the clothes don't smell clean. The washers looks like they are on its last leg.
Dirty,
Time changes on washed and dryer,
Dryers will stop for no reason,
Rat feces,
Roaches,
If you are not right there by your clothes when done they will take them out and set them aside no matter if they're wet.

Just needs a little more duct tape and it will be as if it's a new place.

The only reason why this place doesn't get five stars is because it's a little busy at sometimes but the customer service is excellent and the washer and dryers are always clean. Solid four and half Stars

Not the fanciest or newest place but despite that its older it is pretty clean. The chinease guy there was really nice and helpful
I hate to hear that other people had bad experiences but it was just fine for me. Great prices.

Avoid this laundromat. Most come to wash rags that have being use to clean cars and most washer dont work well. You gotta spend over a dollar to dry one load. Save your money and find a better place to wash your clothes.

Well let's say this it's not clean nomore, and getting a washer goodluck, best to come real early to get your clothes done Is all I'm saying.
