This is my first review for an automotive repair facility
First off let begin by saying that their shop ambiance is hands down 5 stars over their competitors, even the dealers can't compete. Walk into their lounge to experience for yourself.
Second, their customer service outdoes any shop I've been to in this town. Thank you Ashley Linville
Third, they are very communicative, which I highly appreciate when it comes to having my vehicle in a repair shop. I appreciate being sent information on the overall diagnosis they performed via text link showing everything they found and proof with pictures.
Their pricing is fair from the research I've done
My overall experience was excellent and I will be using them again in the future when I really need a mechanic to work on my vehicles.

This is an excellent business. They were affordable, did great work, were very friendly. They even let us bring our crazy rescue dogs into the lobby and had treats for them. I recommend this business to my family and friends. They are fabulous people:)

Thrive is quality service with class. The waiting room is very inviting, clean, fresh, and modern. They are pet friendly, offering treats for your dog along with beverages and snacks, which is very kind and thoughtful. They do excellent work, and discuss it all with you before they begin. They are honest and upfront, and take the customers needs into consideration. They are above and beyond. I highly recommend you give them a try. Nobody around can even come close!

Excellent service, the online report of my vehicle’s inspection is a very clear and concise way to communicate issues and repairs. Casey kept me up to date on my status and the shuttle service made drop off and pick up very easy. I will definitely be returning for future repairs and services.

I started my day being greeted by Matt, Casey and Ashley. You guys had my car done in one day with multiple issues and now she drives like a dream. Miss Daisy is back in Action.

Best automotive repair shop in town! They offer a 3 year / 36k mile warranty on all of their work. They also offer loaner vehicles and shuttle rides. Andddd they always have yummie snacks and drinks in the waiting room that are COMPLIMENTARY (: will definitely be sending customers to this shop!

Great place! Got my oil change done and from the beginning they were kind and scheduled me for an appointment and did the job quickly. Will come back again for anything else that needs to be serviced in my car.

It's nice to see a new business so excited to serve the area. Friendly service that doesn't give you the runaround and has an amazing lobby. They really paid attention to detail and you can tell that they care about their customers being comfortable.

I made my oil change appointment online, which was so lovely. I didn’t have to call; I chose my vehicle, the date, and the time, and I was ready to go. A simple text reminder was friendly! I arrived earlier than my appointment, and Thrive got me right in with no complaints. The service was quick, and the waiting room was lovely, with refreshments available. Everyone was amicable. I will continue to use Thrive Automotive for any future maintenance!

Great customer service! I arrived late for my appt, but they still made sure I got serviced asap! Very friendly, yet professional at the same time. Did a full inspection on my car in addition to the oil change. They pointed out what I was already aware of that was needed, but no pressure was put on me to buy/replace while there! As a woman, I really appreciate that!

Seriously the best auto repair shop I've ever been to! Every single person I encountered there was so sweet, they really give you all the information you need to make a decision on a repair, and they just go that extra mile to make the whole experience smooth and special.

In their lobby area, there are super comfy couches, free wifi, free snacks and drinks, and really just a space to connect with others! I really felt that community feel. I will exclusively take my car here from now on - thanks Thrive!

My car had more than one issue and Thrive found them, fixed them and charged a fair price for their service. They also spent several days working to find an illusive and difficult short that made the horn sound continuously. They found it and fixed it.

Also want to give a shout out to their shuttle driver Key, who is a professional, and safe driver who helped me get back and forth from the shop when needed.
