I LOVE THUNDER VALLEY IT IS THE BEST CASINO NEAR WHERE I LIVE. It takes me an hour to get there but it is always worth the drive!

LESS THAN 1% PAYBACK ON THEIR MACHINES

Last night I put in over $3k in the 3 coin dollar Triple, Double Red, White and Blue machine. All it paid out was 3, $120 hits.
This was over a course of 5 hrs.and over 1,000 spins.
This is less than 1% payback.
I asked the floor Supervisor what the payout percentage of the Machines are?
He could not answer.
I then said, "what is going on here" $3k in and $360 out?
Pure UN FAIR and ILLEGAL advantage.
They need to pay for that new building they are constructing.
Lost me for life.
DO NOT GAMBLE HERE.
They are Manipulating these machines.
If the Thunderstrike is RANDOM. Then why do you need your players card in the Machine? Shouldn't it go off on any machine that is being played?
I have yet to see it go off. Who is actually winning it? How often? Is it really going off?
I will be contacting the Ca.and Tribal Gaming Commission today!

Went to the Thunder Cafe for a late night dinner. Our waiter, Jefferson, was absolutely wonderful! He was helpful, knowledgable, and entertaining, quick witted, he really helped make our night memorable and fun. Our meals were also amazing. I had the 34 Reserve Prime Rib Dip with scrumptious Prime Rib and a light but flavorable au jus dipping sauce. My daughter had a Turkey Bacon Cheddar Melt sandwich which she absolutely loved! Flavorful turkey, crisp bacon, loads of perfectly melted cheddar cheese! We both brought our left-overs home to enjoy the next day. It was just too good to leave behind! And my son, who was treating us, had a Triple-Decker Turkey Club
which he really enjoyed, even though he is not a fan of avocados. He brought his left-overs home as well. Now, I NEED to mention the french fries. They were absolutely PERFECT Dare I say THE BEST I have ever been served? Perfectly crispy, salted just right, soft on the inside while the outside was flawlessly golden brown. My son is the ultimate french fry aficionado, having loved these things since he was but a wee babe. Even he gave the fries a great big thumbs up and remarked how great they were! All in all the Thunder Cafe was an amazing experience, can barely wait to go back! And if you can, go to Jefferson's section. His wonderfully kind smile, quick wit, remarkablely positive attitude, and almost infectious laugh are well worth any drive or wait for a seat!

Machines down and i was not advised. Only a few teams walking around paying people. Had to wait over an hour. And they continued to allow pwoole to put money in the machines.and then have to wait to get paid out. Horrible management.

It's nice and relatively clean I didn't win so it doesn't get the like 4 star review lol Honestly it wasn't bad. The bloody Mary could have had a little more vodka in it but other than that it was ok.

Fun place at the weekends! Many machines! Liked this Casino have some food options. A big place! Lot of space to park.

Rooms were nice. Better than expected. Wasn't really pleased with the Cafe or the High Steaks. Their food is just ok. Some days better than others. As for the slots, you win some you lose some. Gotta know when to leave. Payout odds are better than most casinos in most cases.

Currently working here…. And my first job too so so far it’s been fun. Obviously get ur fair share of rude/impatient/snobby guests but I just laugh it off. It’s been a good experience for me and having some awesome co workers and some cool managers.

It's nice to go to the casino after long pandemic. A lot of machines new ones! A lot of tables. You still can have your space too.

Very bad place.don't ever come here.you will definitely empty your pockets.slots are tough and never seen someone won a jackpot on slots and on table games.very poor casino.better go to graton.

Was pretty busy this evening. Stayed for a few hours. Didn't have much luck on the slots. Good Luck to you if you decide to check it out for yourself.

Idk if eny of u guys know but the casino accept ilegal plp but won't pay them if they win! My friend won 2300$! On a machine and know they wont paid him stopped going to this casino! They only care for them winning and u lossing all ur money.to all latinos out there and plp hatting raises the manager its the rudes ans rases person ever

Just Visit went there. Awesome, nice place. Never seen these very alot of peoples playing the slots machines before. Nice. Plus i like many different foods & plus resturants, etc. Nice.

Thunder Valley has always been great. The service was also great considering after the Pandemic most restaurants have lost both services & good tasting food. I hate spending my hard earn money over some food that I could've made it 10x better but sometimes you want someone else to serve you after a hard day. I give this place a

Seniors beware" My 82 year old mother had a very bad experience she was treated like a "Thug" and verbally abused by security because of a miscommunication and take in mind she cannot speak English.approached by security.they threatened her to show her ID and if she didn't.they're going to call the police, they try to get her to sign a piece of paper knowing she couldn't understand English and they threatened her to put her in jail. I can't believe how Thunder Valley treats seniors citizens.how about showing some respect for elders Thunder Valley security.definitely will pass this to our family and friends.will no longer attend this casino anymore.
