I walked in for a battery replacement on watch, was quoted less than $20, so agreed to leave watch, at end was being charged almost $60. I have never pay 60 for a new battery on watch, regardless of brand. It was a Tissot and gentleman tried educating me on brand. At end, I gave him $25. Negative experience. Never going again.

Just got my band on for my Michael Kors watch and it looks great. I thought there was going to be a hassle getting it on but the repair man was able to get it done. Definitely love coming here for my watch repairs.

The staff was extremely nice welcoming and helpful! I only needed 3 watch batteries and some links off one of the watches. They gave me a good and fair price. And even went above and beyond doing extra detailed work for my watches. And the work even came with a warranty. I’m definitely bringing the rest of my watches to them!
