The bands didn't show up. Ticketon tells me they have to confirm with the promotors before giving refunds. I will never use Ticketon again. The have very poor customer service.

Someone fraudulently bought tickets from this company using a stolen card, disputed it with my credit card company and Ticketon is saying it was me with NO PROOF so my credit card denied the claim. I am not Hispanic and have no interest in going to any Hispanic events when I do not even understand the language. So basically this company takes stolen cards to pay for tickets without verifiying ownership. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible service, they cheated me of 12 tickets, someone used my card to pay for the tickets. I call because I have 800 dollars debited from my account (I find out the next day) the lady who answers me does it and does not give me a solution to anything and tells me that they do not make any refunds.
Which means they STOLEN 800 usd from ME and they can't do anything

I did not receive the ticket by email, I called customer service and they told me that they sent it again and I only received This message to share my experience

If I could put cero starts I’d do. Worst costumer service ever. Also they charged me twice 2 tickets for almost 200, they never sent a recipe, just the tickets, so when I checked my bank account and realized it. I called them to ask them about it. They said was my mistake to “buy twice” when I didn’t. Lady told me they can’t do anything and they’re not refund. And was pretty rude, didn’t want to help me and apparently it wasn’t the first bc she just gave a general answer. Scam. Don’t buy with them!

Have never had any issues with purchasing tickets from here 10/10 experience always makes it easy to check out and have tickets stored on phone.

Don't order tickets from this company they cancel tickets last minute. We were very upset when that happened. I will never order from this company again.

I do not understand how this company has to verify who you are. No other company requests this information. I already verified the purchase with my credit card company. Verifying via email by sending my credit card, whether it’s just with my name and last 4 digits, as well as my I. D, is super sketchy. They need to have a better verifying system. I wish I would have read all these reviews before making a purchase.

The page does not show the space where the event is (no map). Where are the VIP tickets etc. You send messages for information and they reply that "they don't have any events with these artists"

Fees are ridiculous. No point of buying in advance, with the additional service fee and printing fee (that includes mobile downloads) it all adds up to same prices when purchasing at the location.
