I’m always pleased with the Doctors and their professionalism. The doctors along with the staff are extremely kind and very helpful.

I have had wonderful experience with the office staffs, nurses and PAs. They are friendly, helpful and professional of what they do. The prices are on the higher end but I believe you pay for what you get, when it comes to beauty I don’t want to negotiate because I want the best, and they certainly deliver the best. Thank you Dr. Tien, Andrea, Jenny and Cindy for your professionalisms.

Dr. Vívian Laquer did my skin cancer Check and she was very detailed on her exam, besides giving me explanation on what to look for. I will return in 6 months.

I've had diagnosed psoriasis since i was 5 years old. I'm ten times that number now. My point is, I have visited too numerous to count doctors for skin. Patient compliance is just as important as the care you receive from a doctor. I'm extremely pleased with the care I've received from this practice and staff and couldn't be happier. I learned a number of new things regarding something I thought I had a grasp on. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen and staff for the amazing care and saving me money on non generic medication!

STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN If i could rate this place a zero I would this was one of my worst experiences of being treated none of the workers or the doctor genuinely care about treating their patients just overall money hungry they all want to get you out of there as soon as possible by prescribing any medication that comes to mind without caring about the patients health concerns not only do they rush you out but they are also rude and don’t have any form of professionalism when speaking to a patient i’m not the first one to complain about this so you must know it’s true

I had a minor skin injury and Dr. Tien Nguyen fixed it with the right laser treatment, as opposed to a previous dermatologist that was probably intentionally using a different, incorrect, and useless type of laser for several sessions, to steal money.

Dr. Tien is good doctor but other workers are mean and terrible attitude. They are rude and don't care of the patients at all. Especially those people who answered the phone. They just push you away and don't fixed the problems. If you are patient, just go to other offce to see Dr. Tien. Keep away from this office.

I went to the dermatologist to get a few spots checked out. The Doctor looked at them and said stop picking at the scabs, and I agreed with him and then he started talking about the bible, injected some steroids and off he went, he never looked at the spot on my right arm, I called back to see if they would look at it. They said I had to make another appointment. In 3 months and would be another charge. I said he never finished this one. The doctor seemed to be in a rush to get to the next appointment. I am very disappointed with the doctor,
office staff was okay if you can understand them.
The PA that helped me was fantastic.
The rest of the staff I could hardly understand what they were saying. I will never go back, and suggest to do your homework before going to Tien Q. Nguyen M. D

This office should at least reply to the negative posts. To me when offices don’t respond in a timely manner it means they don’t care at all, which reflects poorly on the entire team.

As a result of my fair skin and love of the sun, have been under the care of a number of Doctors of Dermotalogy. Dr. Tien Q Nguyen is the most efficient and professional of them all. Surgery to remove cancer is of course never plleasant, Doctor Nguyn"s experience and expertise gives him the ability to preforma surgical procedure with quick efficiency.

I had an allergic reaction so I came to see Dr. Nguyen. I was helped by his assistant instead. I was prescribed some cream. I moved houses and misplaced my creams so I called to ask for a refill. They said I would have to come in again to get check in order for them to refill the prescription, which is fine. I came in and was helped by his assistant again. I am currently breastfeeding so he wasn't sure if he could prescribe me any oral medicine. He told me to ask my doctor. I asked my doctor and the doctor said it was okay. So I called back asking him to prescribe the oral medicine and the lady on the phone said the physician assistant who was helping me was walking out to go home and she doesn't want to relay the message to the doctor to prescribe me the medicine because she doesn't want any confusions since she wasn't the assistant that helped me. She told me to call back the next day to let the assistant know. So I called back and they said I would have to come in to be seen again in order for him to prescribe it to me when I just recently saw him. I saw him and he couldn't prescribe me the medicine at the time and told me to ask my doctor and I finally got an answer from my doctor and now he wants me to come in again so he can charge me and my insurance again. Wth? That's not right. Now I'm itchy all over and need the medication he won't prescribe even though I already saw him twice for the same problem. Don't come here unless you have money to throw away. I'm never coming back to this place again!
