Tier One Barber & Beauty Salon, San Bernardino CA

Great cutz, But they are not too punctual with their Booking appointments. I wait up to 30 min sometimes waiting for the barber to show up. Other to finish up the previous client. And sometimes they are not even aware the booking was scheduled. I tried a few Barbers and the same issue with ALL, Please stay on top of this booking. TIME IS VERY IMPORTANT NOW DAYS.

Im very very happy with the service that they provided, from the owner through the staff, fantastic customer service, very friendly, great atmosphere. The restroom for the customer "WOW" very impressive, very clean, fully stocked, small great. Irma did a fantastic job on my beard, she trimmed it before she dye it, she took her time to do things correctly, no rushing, no haf fast job, she explain step by step what she was going to do, i love the final result on my beard my family and friends love it. I give them 2 up a 5 review and 10 out of 10 to Tier One and all their staff. Congrats I will definitely recommend Tier One to all my family and friends.

This place is a VERY good place to get your haircut but… I recently got a haircut from here, the person who was doing my haircut is named Rico. He left my hair so UNEVEN to the point you could tell, he messed up the back of my hair, the sides too. I could tell he RUSHED my haircut, my hair is going to be like this until another month, I just ask, PLEASE don’t rush your haircuts. I don’t want this to happen to ANYONE. I wasn’t planning my hair to be like this but this is what I got.

I would recommend y’all to try out this barbershop. The prices are smooth. And I love the quality of my cuts. My barber is Rico aka reckless cutz. He really does his things with the clippers. I be satisfied with my cuts. Nobody else is talented like my boy Rico. All the barbers in there are good but I just prefer rico. Y’all go check them out though.

Don’t go here if your looking for help with ur braids, they won’t help. There’s only one lady there and she “never” has time.but it’s OK. That’s why I do my own hair anyways because I don’t need no bitter black woman digging in my hair trying to get a paycheck. I was looking to give a black salon a chance my mistake I will not ever be returning nor will I recommend anybody else to go there. I’ve heard multiple people say multiple issues about the salon so I should’ve never went in the first place.

1st time getting a cut there and I love it. Want to go back as I am not from the area in which it is located. It's worth traveling to. Above and beyond any shop I've been to.

Didn't get the haircut I asked for instead I got all my hair cut off after showing him a picture of what I wanted.

First time there with my grandson the guy did a great job kind of pricey for a kid though that he wasn't getting a full hair cut! Just the side that's it! That was an adult cut for 30 dollars.it should be a special for children.overall good job!

Love this place first time going with the kids and must say that i will be definitely coming back for my hair cut.

I understand this place raised their prices. But if you can't pay 32.00 for a cut. You need to get your money up, and cut your own hair. I am a first time customer. And my old barber use to charge 55.00 a cut. So don't trip on these prices. Plus I got a fresh cut today! I love it. I will be coming back.
