Tierra Mia Coffee, Huntington Park CA

Im not a coffee enthusiast by any means, but the horchata latte was delicious. The café de olla de great too but a bit to sweet for my liking. They have several choices for muffins & croissants as well.

The coffee and bread was pretty good. The name and selection of coffees gives me a Cuban inspired feel. The decor is modern style with a Hispanic feel. There is indoor and outdoor dining but parking can be tricky to find. I am going back.

Tierra Mia has by far the absolute worst customer service of all the coffeeshops I’ve been to in the LA area. Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. They pretend to be part of the community but couldn’t care less about their customers. (It’s so bad that when a staff member hit my car, Tierra Mia refused to let my insurance see the CCTV footage and I ended up paying for the damage.) I’d be willing to tolerate a lot, but their coffee is also consistently burnt and their pastries are dry & bland. If you’re looking for a friendly place with much better quality coffee & pastries, go to LA MONARCA BAKERY down the street.

Espresso machine was down when I visited. The sitting isn't really community centered. There's no electrical outlets to charge your laptop/phone. There's no wifi apparently.

Staff is really good.never go wrong with tierra Mia. I had the seasonal lavender latte and omg it was soooo good it had a nice subtle taste not to strong just perfect.
