Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru, Long Beach CA

After several drive-through trips to this establishment when they would add sugar to my latte (at my request), I am now told that they will no longer do it, and handed me three packets of sugar. Can't stir coffee while driving! Didn't think I was asking for so much. So, back to Starbucks!

They never have pastries at this location not kidding go any time after 7pm always out of any pastry and they take for ever be prepared to wait 20 min minimum

When the drinks are made well it's pretty good. The problem is a lack of consistency and poor customer service. There seems to be no rhyme or reason in the amount of syrup and other specialty drink additions so every time you order it will be different from the time before. This could stem from poor training in general which seems likely as the workers provide poor customer service. I have been to other locations that are more consistent in their drink making but this one is generally a disappointment. Which is a bummer because it is the only one close enough for me to go to on a regular basis.

Just go there. Everything is made right there in their store. Their coffee is really the BEST

This is mostly a drive thru coffee shop with a few small tables inside. Their chai tea latte is tasty and made with tea bags not syrup or powder.

First time stopping in to one of their shops as the one near my house always has a line too long for me to wait for a cup of joe. Had to make a coffee run for a work project so I got their coffee of the day, a Peruvian blend that was excellent. Other 8 orders were more complex, but made and double-checked fir accuracy. Everyone was very pleased with their drink of choice. Will definitely stop by again, as much better than SB and more reasonably priced.

Quick drive thru and the coffee is amazing. The pistachio cold brew was really good and the horchata cold brew is to die for

They make good Cafe Lattes. The service was really good. She took my order right away and prepared my drink perfectly. I would come back.

I love Tierra Mia. This location is difficult. The drive-thru places waiting cars precariously in a traffic lane. Once the order is placed, joy follows.

Wow, just wow. I ordered a mexican frappe chocolate and holy baby jebus it was delicious, I also ordered the 3 leches muffin, which is really good as well. I ordered the strawberry lemonade with mint, and they have to work on that one. It was just water with a hint of mint, sad. Other than that, it is very delicious.

The Horchata latte is delicious, a bit too sweet, but very nice! The drip coffee is standard, not fruity, which we loved, but also not very strong. The blueberry muffin was yummy, as was the guava pastry. Staff was very friendly, nice, fast, and engaging! Can’t wait to come back!

I ordered a two cheese delights, they were not warm and when I asked did they warm them they said yes, however it was cold to the touch and she said we dont warm them too much or else the cream cheese will get very hot inside... Isn’t that the point of asking for my danish to be warmed. Also I ordered a cubano and it was just a shot of expresso it was not made correctly did not have the sweet thick foam on top.my husband was very disappointed

Great coffee! My favorite is the mocha with its deep, dark chocolatety flavors. They make a delicious and aromatic lavender latte. They have all the alternative milks. Their seating area is small with only benches outside (no tables). Their drive thru is always busy! Even at 10 pm! This is a place I like to return to again and again!

We tried the drinks, the Cuban coffee not so tasty but the rest were good! They didn't have any pastries, they were gone.hahaha.

I love Tierra Mia and this small location is no exception. It was clean, the staff was very personable and the Drinks were made to be tasty. No skimping in the flavor department. All in all, I'm glad there's a tierra Mia so near my home and that it's well run is a plus.

The employees make it hard to enjoy the taste of your coffee. Not how you’d want to start off your morning.

I’m from out of town and every time i visit, i get tierra mia. But this location needs a staff change. All i did was POLITELY asked the girl if she could wipe off my drink because it had syrup all over. I usually notice it too late and it drips on my clothes already but i tried to ask her before this time “can you wipe it off a little please” and for some reason she was talking to someone else and opened the window laughing and gave me back my drink still dirty so i was noticeably confused. She said “oh don’t worry I’ll give you a napkin” with a smurk on her face.

I did not understand why her and her coworker both thought it was ok to give me a dirty drink and laugh about it. Especially when I was being polite about it, i don’t get why they have such bitter people working here.

They failed to give/offer me a receipt and i waited for someone to come back to the window and even after trying to waive they didn’t even come back.

Also, I started to notice my drink spilling and its because the bottom was punctured.
