Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru, El Monte CA

Normally it’s good today and today was the WORST! Received horrible service from a heavy set girl with long blond curly hair.showing her big belly to everyone that walked in making us was suppose to be Mocha Mexicano tasted like brown water with zero authentic taste of what Tierra Mia is about. Seemed like big belly girl and her black curly hair cashier were both in a horrible mood that made everyone feel uncomfortable. Only smile we received was from the sweet boy who managed drive through. We been customers as long as they been open and they lost customers today with their foul attitude.

Good coffee, good prices. Ordered the same drink 3 days in a row and it tasted different each time. Was good 2/3 of the times

Good evening, today I went to the Peck road location in El Monte and I had a super unpleasant experience. The girl who took my payment at the window according to the name of Abril was totally and completely rude from the moment she took my payment with a face.angry I understand customer service is tiring but if they can't give way to people who really want to work she was rude she made fun of me and my sister plus she took my sister and her family to try the coffee for the first time I usually buy In the one in Pomona I go from Jurupa Valley to the one in Pomona to taste the coffees but today how badly we were treated by the cashier she twisted my eyes and mouth what an unpleasant experience she made fun of me and my sister just because I told her that one Of the coffees I ordered, I specified in my order that I wanted a hot drink, not a cold one, and she gave it to me cold. She got angry and went back to change it and on top of that, she didn't give it to me. She gave it to me. Her colleague, who was the one who gave me the name, would appreciate it if you could communicate.with me to explain the complete situation, I already sent an email with the complaint and provided all my information. Thank you

Cafe Cubano is the best cup of coffee you can get.
The tres leches muffins are amazing too!

They are a little slow and they should open at 5, a lot of people like me come in earlier.

I come every morning and the food and drinks are great, but the workers their are very short staffed and management doesn’t really train their new hires or treat their workers with respect I will be leaving the same review on yelp in case they try to remove this rating. That one guy always sits in the office and does nothing I want to report him he never gave me his name I will be inspecting again soon.

Just frustrating, seems like evey Tierra Mia regularly closes early or had wrong hours posted. Disappointing

Over rated. Starbucks with a Mexican twist. Same ole same ole. Overpriced pan con cafe you can get at a local mom and pops shop for half the price. The niche may work in Sherman Oaks. But not in El Monte were they are already 15 shops in a 1/2 mile radius

Every time I’m in the area I need to get something from this place. Last visit I ordered Matcha with strawberry it was delicious like I’ve expected.

I love coming here and getting my usual: a MOCHA MEXICANO W/ ALMOND MILK and the right amount of cinnamon powder sprinkled on top. It always hits the spot and you can never wrong when you order this drink, hot or iced, as it truly exemplifies LA MEJOR CALIDAD - THE BEST QUALITY in Latin inspired coffee. I just went there worse experience
Very rude cashier she didn’t even say thank you
And the whole time bad attitude
She handed me my drinks so far away from my car I had to reach out for it

Poor service. We made an order, while waiting in line, only to find out that they didn't get it when we drove to the window. VERY long waiting time and coffee tastes as dilluted yesterdays leftovers. Not recommended.
