Couldn’t have gone smoother. Using a VA Conve ntional loan when I initially purchased, I’ve received mailers EVERYDAY since I bought my house in 2017 talking about refinancing. Being given the opportunity to take advantage of low interest rates, quick funding, and nothing outta pocket through the VA IRRRL (streamline) ; PLUS from a friend? Was a no brainer. Once I was ready to move (which had to be quick), Tiffany had everything to me within 24 hours and we were off like the Kentucky Derby. Couple days later some signatures, a day or two later with the title company, and it was basically painless. Looks like $90k+ saved over the life of the loan, not to include the interest (so like $102k total). Extremely satisfied and will recommend friends and family in the future (hope the rates stay down)! If you haven’t had Tiffany look at your numbers- HURRY UP!
