I ordered a 1TB SSD NVME Class 40 for $279 on friday 10/9 at 9: 40pm and found it on dell website for $179. Emailed customer service requesting to cancel and they said order is processed and they can not do anything till I receive my order. Order did not process and ship till tuesday 10/13 based on tracking info. They did this so that they can charge %15 restocking fee for an item I did not use or opened.

Purchased an all-in-pne desktop. It arrived box flaps open. Computer just thrown in box with a few air pillow thrown in. I refused to accept it, called no-customer service. They shut it takes 7-10 business days to get a return skip. Took 4 days to be packed and shipped. Day 11 still nothing. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They sell product that does not work or not as advertised. When contacting them for return and refund you will be hung up, lied to, and miss lead. Then you will get one email for the return but no response or direction on how to return product. Will take your money and not return it. FRAUD! Stay away and do not spend your money. I have emails, documentation, and recorded calls. FRAUD!

Horrible business policy. They couldn’t “verify” my address and therefore wouldn’t ship my item I ordered with overnight shipping. So much for overnight shipping and now I don’t have time to order the item I wanted.

Returns are hard and you may be charged a 30% restocking fee. I was refunded eventually

This company is terrible! I placed three separate orders on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, totaling close to $2000. I paid for overnight shipping. My overnight order will not be here till next Wednesday, the largest order is out of stock and will not ship for another week. 2 out of 3 orders delayed due to poor management. None of this of course is made clear on the website. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on. When I finally spoke to Lenard (27216) I asked for a single reason why I should keep my order with them. The supervisor literally could not give me a reason to do business with them. This is the result of outsourced customer service. This company doesn't work on the weekends either! Absolutely terrible experience and the entire time I didn't hear a sorry, or even an offer to refund my overnight shipping that takes 2-3 days. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Edit: I found everything I needed somewhere else, saved money, received 1 day shipping, and didn't pay extra. No one can match such a prime deal.

Buyer beware. I ordered a printer directly with a phone call. My order was POOLEY PACKAGED, incomplete.eg.power cord adapters, manual and USB hub. After two weeks of going back-and-forth, they told me I ordered the wrong product and it did not come Come with those items. I even had a copy of the original screenshot the page that showed it was all included they refused to complete the order. They wasted two weeks of my time and energy. AFTER RESEARCHINDGTHE PRINTER FURTHUR, OTHER DISTRIBUTORS INCLUDED ALL THE ITEMS I WAS MISSING IN THEIR PRICE. AND THEY STILL WOULDN’T WORK WITH ME. I would not order anything from them.if you read the disclosure at the bottom of their page, ”prices me are subject to change at any time and they are not responsible for price changes! They are a third party distributor located in THE Philippines. NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT RELIABLE, DON’T DEAL WITH THEM
