Since I’ve been taking my scooter to Tiger Scooter Repair, they’ve been phenomenal they’ve been great they’ve been helping me they got good customer service. I like their personality and I do recommend a lot of people to actually take their scooters to them. They do a great job it might not be at the moment, but they will get it done and they will get it done correctly, when I needed my scooter to be worked on, I actually couldn’t find nobody and I search online website everywhere until I found them and they have done a phenomenal job with my scooter and I really appreciate it and I’m very happy with their job that they do and their punctuality. I personally know that I would recommend anybody to take their scooter there their electric scooter. They will do a phenomenal job. My name is Alfredo Soza and I know for a fact that they do a great job and I appreciate everything that they do and that’s why I keep bringing my scooter to them when there’s a problem.

I went and spent a $100 for them to fix a simple electrical problem on my scooter. Less than a week later same problem popped back up. I'm not going back. Before I left the guy said if the problem keeps up it's probably my CDI. It felt strange since my scooter is less than six months old. But what do you know the same issue is happening and if it was my CDI why didn't he fix it? Why do that when I could come back and spend more money. Smh

A friend of mine went their store last week. They asked 100$ in advance. He went today to see if they fixed his motorcycle. They told him that it needs parts which would cost him 700$ and it would take a week to complete. Since my friend is on hurry, he decided to take his motorcycle somewhere else and asked them give back money. So, they refused to pay back. After I read other reviews on here, I have realized that they are very professional swindler with same story over and over!

Brought my Vespa 150 in for repairs. A full service. Clean fuel lines and carburetor. Chris is a good communicator, honest and a professional. The work is good and the prices are fair. I can strongly recommend this repair shop!

They're a bit pricey, but they fixed the tire on my scooter and had it ready for pickup within an hour, so I was jazzed. I'd been asking around, and from what I gathered it's not cheap to fix these things, no matter where u go, so until I take the time to learn how to do it myself I'm gonna keep these guys on speed dial (so to speak).

" People with excessive egos have zero customer relations, they are not aware that there is a customer in front of them, I do not recommend them and mr. I highly recommend the scooter.

Fixed up my ninebot flat tire in a heartbeat! Super affordable price and super nice people!

My segway ninebot scooter broke, so I called up these guys to see if they could fix it. They said they could, so I brought it over. They charged me 80 bucks for diagnostics, and then *after* charging, inform me it could take up to a week. A week? I thought it'd be a single day! My scooter is my main mode of transportation around the city, so having it broken for extended periods is a MAJOR pain. But given I already dropped $80, it looked like I didn't have much choice

3 days later, they call me back, saying "well, we looked at it, and it's either piece A or piece B. We think A, so we're going to order the parts for it. " Already I'm a little alarmed. What took so long? How much longer is it going to take? They keep on telling me "we're the only shop who can do scooter repairs. " I'm pretty sure that's not true, but given I've already spent $80 and it's too much of a pain to go pick up, I let it slide.

Anyways, I waited. 5 more days pass. Remember, every day is an eternity since it's the only way I get around. I get another call. "Yep, we got the pieces, it'll be another day or two and then we should have it fixed. " Great, I mean, it did take a long time, but great. They call me the NEXT day - "sooo.we tested it.and yeah, it doesn't work, even with the fixed A. " It's been over a week at this point. I ask "so did you order piece B? " Answer: "Nope, we would have been out $300 if we were wrong! " So instead you just make your customers wait another week? You don't think *any* other scooter you're going to repair, *ever*, will need a piece B? "We are primarily a vespa repair shop. " THEN WHY DID YOU SAY YOU'D REPAIR MY SCOOTER? And why did you take my money? Dear lord.

I got fed up and picked it up unfixed. I brought it to PEV Works, also in SF. As expected for competent repairmen, they were entirely able to fix it in a single day. Cherry on top? They let me know that neither the A piece nor the B piece was broken, it was actually an entirely unrelated piece that Tiger scooter repair apparently had no idea about. Tiger could have wasted weeks more of my time had I not given up on them. Goodness. What a waste of $80.

TL;DR: Charged me a lot of money, made me wait forever, never would have fixed my scooter anyways. There are much better options for scooter repair in the city.

Tiger scooter I took my engine there. They asked me for $500. The next day it caused trouble. When I came back they asked me for extra money. They were going to change the oil. They didn't change the oil. If you want to get ripped off, the full address bad Tiger scooter

The place I went to for engine repair cost me a lot. People who don't know what she did, should try another job. I don't like it. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Thank God this place exists. The guys are a little rough around the edges and charge too much, but they do a good job and are reliable. Bring your own parts otherwise your better off buying a new scooter.

Hey people out there
Came to this place for a scooter repair, and had the worst customer service during drop off and pick up.
Tire repair was done, a bit pricey but walk out with a sour customer service taste.

Check me out, I don't write fluff reviews. These guys are worthy of a great review. They have fixed my HiBoy Titan Pro twice. I went to another repair shop for my first problem and paid 3x what I paid to fix it right at Tiger. I'm wheelchair-bound but can transfer to this scooter - it is my lifeline. Hard to understand unless you stand in a person's shoes that can't leave without some device.

I had yet another potential flat and these guys suggested moving to a solid tire. I had read it was a total PITA to put one of these wide tires on the Titan Pro, so I had never considered it.

Anyway, after knowing this was my mobility vehicle these guys put two solid tires on for me today (Saturday) in just two hours.

They are very fair with pricing and a hell of a lot cheaper than my previous vendor. I love the tires and I love these guys. They saved my weekend/week.

A few months ago, I accidentally short circuit my off road scooter and the battery went to dead, and lost the battery charger next day I purchased a charger amazon 36 vlts and it didn't work. I went to his shop looking for a charger and the owner told me that he could sell me one of the proper voltage which it was 52 bolts so I got over there if you put the charger the red light went on and I went to the ATM to get some money but the time I got back my scooter was in another place and the charger was put away so when I asked him for the charger he gave me a charger very quick because he was busy I went home plugged the charger and it didn't work, thinking that maybe it was my scooter that didn't work I left it like that for 2 months until 2 weeks ago I'll look into the charger and he accidentally gave me a 46 volt charger. I asked my friends charger to let me use his
charger which is a 52 bolts and the scooter charged and work fine. I over paid $80 for a charger that it's cost less than $20 and the owner Is not man enough to accept part of guilt in this matter and give me a 52 vlts charger that I have previously agreed to pay for. Bad business,

These dudes know what's up. Went in because my scooter was making noises. They found out one of my wheels were popped (lol) and instead of trying to tell me I had to do a bunch of work, they let me know and I changed my tires. Scooter still made some noises, and they checked it out and made sure everything was ok without charge. Chris knows how to run a good business, customer for life.

They charge unbelievable prices when they don't know the problem, they are totally scammers

Good service. Tire repaired quickly. One of the only shops I've found that works on electric scooters in the city.
