While I haven't been able to go in person (I live outside of Cali), the online store and service is superb. Zoologist Perfumes are my favorite and they have the entire lineup available. Shipping was amazingly fast and the perfumes came nicely protected, but also beautifully presented. They also included several free samples which is greatly appreciated. Overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with my experience, I'll be doing my perfume shopping here.

Love the customer support

I came in looking for a distinct smell which I honestly was hopeless at the beginning. After going through what seemed like 30 perfumes I wanted to leave but the staff on duty really outdid himself in finding a really adequate smell. They really know there stuff in the range of perfume.

Not to mention that they are supply with local venders which is amazing.

If you are in the mode to explore different smells and find something suitable I’d really recommend stopping by. Really deserving of 5 stars.

Check your purchase before you leave! One of the perfumes I purchased was in an opened box with a broken bottle cap. Not cool.

Update: contacted the shop and they offered a refund.

This is a MUST visit store. Had the best experience shopping here; there are a lot of small independent and niche perfume brands. You can get lost browsing different scents and I was really blown away with some of them. Besides that, Antonia was the best! Really kind, welcoming and with a lot of expertise. I totally recommend this beautiful place.

Having researched what sounded like the best independent perfume shop in the city before our visit to San Francisco I dragged my husband (luckily it was within easy walking distance of our hotel) to Tigerlily where the charming and extremely knowledgeable owner- I think - helped me choose a perfume from a brand totally new to me (DSH). What a lovely shop, could have spent much more time there just browsing.

The store is very welcoming and has a pretty decent selection. You can tell the store owner is very passionate about fragrances. 3 free samples and additional ones are 5$ each.

Antonia welcomed me the moment I entered the store. After checking in with me twice (much appreciated) I accepted assistance with smelling eight fragrances she selected based on the two I found on my own and loved. The quality of the inventory is impeccable. I’ve officially kicked my Joe Malone habit in favor of locally made product. The shopping experience makes all the difference to me.
