4Had a very bad experience here today the cashier was very rude so asked to speak with the manager, Sydney and she gave very poor service too.
Associate was very rude when I asked her if a discount applied to Ray-Bans. She claimed that it “excluded Ray-Ban’s” when it didn’t exclusively say on the terms when I ended up having to look them up. I checked online with the discount, and voila, it ended up checking out on their online site. They then tried to say the code “only worked online” when the code said it was “in-store and online. ” needless to say, they didn’t know what they were talking about.
I then asked if I could try on some Ray-Bans regardless. The manager was very rude and her tone when asking if I wanted to try them on was absolutely terrible. They made it sound like I was being pushy about the discount when I was only correcting them when they said the discount “didn’t apply to Ray-Bans, ” and they treated me like total garbage. Awful customer service and very disappointed.
The employees laughed at my autistic son, very disappointed as I come here often. 1/08
I applied for a job there and the manager was very rude to me I don't know why I approached her Nicely and she was very rude and disrespectful. Not at all how a manager is supposed to be especially if they are short staffed and need someone.
