Poor service from the cashiers. I went to redeem my reward points and rewards coupon. I have never shopped at this location before, so I thought I would check it out. Wrong decision because I got poor service from the cashiers. When I got to the register, the unfriendly associate rang me up. She saw that I had rewards points cash, so I had her apply it to my balance. And then she scanned my email rewards coupon. After the transaction, I notice the rewards coupon wasnt applied so I went back to her. She said sometimes the rewards coupon that was applied will not appear on the receipt. In all the times I have gone shopping, that never happens. So I calculated it myself and sure enough, the coupon wasn't applied. I returned to the Associate. She called another associate who was just as unpleasant and unhelpful. He insisted that the coupon was applied. I told him, the Associate who helped me (she was standing right beside him) saw that I had rewards points cash and a bonus rewards coupon and could ask her. She saw both. He rudely had the gall to repeatedly insist that the rewards points did not exist. I told him he was wrong and he just needs to ask the associate beside him. She saw both prior to ringing me up. But he continuously insisted I was not telling the truth because he says he's doing me a favor. He was being a jerk, so I am definitely not going back to that store again. Both of them need to be retrained on what are reward points and what are reward bonuses sent by email. They clearly had no clue what they were. And then the customer service rep that replied to my concerns was clueless too. I highly recommend going to the The District Tilly's. The Manager and reps there are friendly and knowledgeable.

My 17 yr old daughter found a ton of cute stuff she enjoyed it a ton! Nice staff as well very helpful lady at fitting rooms.

This Tully's was organized and staffed correctly. Our shopping experience was good. They disinfect checkout counter after every customer.

We love Tilly's! Great brands, great deals and awesome service! Also a really nice Rewards Program so make sure to sign up for that!

I'm 26 so I hate going to this trendy store, but they are the only place locally that I can find slim fit (skinny) men's dickies.

This disrespectful beaner automatically called security on me and my friends when we walked in. We were just trying to get a backpack and she called security on us. Filthy beaner better get deported.

I hear that Tilly's a great place to buy shorts and jackets. I hope that's what it really what they say it is.
