Clothing Store Tillys reviews
8Visited Burbank store once for an exchange and the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The store was clean and well organized. No complaints.
Slowest checkout line, cashiers were purposely slow to have you buy the items at the checkout area. Hurry up dudes
Rude employees no one asked if we needed help in the mean time they asked everyone one else we felt they were being Racist to my daughters and I Never again!
I have to give 5 stars because of the great costumer service, awesome team, young kids friendly and energetic. They helped my daughter to find her right pants size. The store is neat and clean too
Store is great but the Burbank Empire Center parking is crazy, just suggest to drive with caution.
We stand behind everything we sell. If at any time your Tillys purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a replacement or refund. What's more, if you're an Tillys member, you don't even need a receipt-we'll have a record of your purchase. "
In so few words, Tillys could be described as the smaller, Asian equivalent of an Urban Outfitters store. The place is hip, contemporary, and eclectic - and there's plenty to see inside, even if you're just window-shopping.
It's whatever to be honest. Just a normal Tilly's staff is helpful. Their shoe selection is pretty minimal. Walked in looking for some drip, came out pretty dry. Didn't find what I was looking for. Sorta expensive. Wasn't gonna spend $30 for 2 shirts. Um.yeah I passed on that lol.:/
