Time Center, Orange CA

Time Center is THE BEST WATCH STORE! I have been to most of the watch stores that I can find in LA, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside county and Time Center is by far the best. The shop is old-school mom-and-pop style shop with customer service that exceeds your expectations. As soon as you enter you are family. And selection? It is amazing what they carry. I have not seen a store that has this much selection. If you want Seiko, Casio, G-Shock, Bulova, Lumi-Nox, or any of the other many brands they offer you will find more than you expect. On the slim chance that you can’t find the watch of your dreams they will bend over backwards to get it for you. I am a collector, my wife isn’t. But after going to Time Center my wife has started collecting Baby-G and yesterday they had a Women’s Casioak (Midnight Fog). If you need a new band, a battery, or a repair (no matter what the watch) they have a true old-school Master Watchmaker that will care for you. And you will get the same care and customer service for even a basic battery replacement.

What a amazing experience! I came to replace the batteries on three of my watches and end it up buying two Seiko! I was treated like family, they have the best selection and service! Seiko, Casio, Citizen, Bulova, G-Shock and so on. Dee is a sweetheart, great customer service, patient and knowledgeable. That’s the type of business that gives you pleasure to do business with and support. I can’t say enough, if you are looking for a trustworthy watch dealer this is it, thank you I would definitely be back for more. =)

Excellent service and fair prices. I brought in a rarer, older model G-Shock to get the battery replaced. I wouldn't have trusted any other watch shop to install the battery, due to the intricacies of the watch and how it needs to be put back together to guarantee water resistance. They did a quick yet thorough job. The watch face is way more legible and brighter, and I can enjoy this watch now. They have an wide selection of Casio, Seikos, and other brands of watches to look at or purchase while you wait. Absolutely recommend.

I've been looking around for a Seiko GMT ; no one's had it in stock that I could find. Google suggested stopping by and I'm glad I did. They had it in stock and let me try out the different models. They were very helpful and friendly; both myself and my friend ended up buying watches from them. I will stop by again if I need service done or want to get another watch, it was a very good experience.

Stopped by this morning for a new Casio G Shock release that I had wanted, and lo and behold Dee at Time Center had it and saved it in the back for me when I texted her last week. Glorious black and gold combo! My wife came along and she picked a really nice Citizen as well for herself, the second watch she's gotten from Dee. Time Center just spent a lot of time reorganizing and refreshing their displays, come in and pick a new watch or two!

This is the best place in Los Angeles and Orange county to find rare and limited edition watches the customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

Dee and Nara are the best. We’ve been shopping with them since about 2019 and they’ve been nothing short of AMAZING. Whenever we are a looking for something specific, they always help us find it. Today I brought in an old Casio to have the battery replaced. They had it done within minutes!

BUT the REAL REASON we came today was to pick up these two beauties. I’ll be alternating them daily this week!

Time Center is our trusted watch place! It not only meets all of our watch needs (repairs, care education, daily watches, and collectables), but their service is also amazing with reasonable prices, and they take pride in their shop. I stopped by today to pick up a Seiko King Samurai white dial diver and they had it in stock. The lady, Dee (owner) greeted me at the front door and helped me with all my needs. She was very friendly and even gave me a good deal I could not pass up. They have a massive selection of watches not just Seiko, but Casio G-Shock, Citizen, Bulova etc. Limited editions and every model # you can ever think of, they have it, in store. They also repair, service, replace watch batteries and probably have watch bands or straps as well. Everything a watch enthusiast will like is here. If you come in already knowing which watch you want in mind, it is very easy to find. Also call in before to make sure they have it, most likely they do. It was great experience to browse in store and check out other watches as well. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I want to say first of all, go here. This store brims with positivity and elegance. The watch selection here is a joy to peruse, but that's not all that is offered. I needed my father's two watches cleaned and restored to there original state. Going into the store both of my possessions were in dire shape, both having been kept in a box for possibly decades. Dee greeted me at her counter and looked at what I had brought in, she instantly assessed what needed to be done. The timepieces were then sent to Chai's master hands to undergo their transformation. When I left the store I was half expecting the alarm to go off because the reasonable sum I paid made these watches seem like I had just stolen them from a display case. I really can't recommend this store more. Go here, you will be taken care of.

Dee is such a nice women. She is was so helpful when I was picking out a gift for my mother. They have such a wide selection of watches! If dee didn’t think I liked a certain watch she showed me. She would continue to show more more watches. Until I found exactly the watch I was looking for. My mom loves her watch now. Thank you Dee!

Very good selection of Seiko and Citizen watches. Also can order anything not in the store that's Seiko or Citizen. Plus, very good customer service!
