5I took my eighth grade graduation Maui and son's watch to Time center for a new battery. This is a vintage watch. When they gave it back to me it was severely damaged. They said they cleaned it I didn't ask for it to be cleaned. I just wanted a battery. They were very rude I will NEVER go back there again. I was told by my new jeweler that they have heard many bad stories regarding this business
I'm always leaving this place with a smile. Came in to tinker with my watch band as I didn't have the proper tools at home and Yo Yo swapped it out within minutes.
They are the best. Reasonably priced and a high degree of service. My new favorite store.

Bought a watch from them and when it needed a battery replaced I had them do it. Went surfing the next day and there was water inside the watch. They told me they’re not responsible for water getting into a waterproof watch and I have to buy a new one. Great job on passing your bad battery replacement job on to the customer.
