Just had my semi annual service performed by Andrew Luna! He was great. I loved his energy and thoroughness. He was super professional as he went about his work. He was super patient with all my questions. Great job!

Suggestions, Timo's used to call me to schedule these semi annual check ups. I appreciated when Timo's let me know it was time to do a maintenance check. Especially given I signed a maintenance plan.

They came out and basically tried to sell me a new $13k unit, but never told me why my heater wasn't working. They were surprised to hear that my a/c works great. Total waste of time. Heater still doesn't work.

Chris is wonderful. This was the second time he has serviced us and is a five star asset. He was 100 percent right on giving us the winter conversion and then installed a much needed anti dirt, dust and air pollution devise l absolutely recommend his service and a credit to his company.

Regular air company said they would be out Friday 2: 00 when i called that morning. Call them at 4: 00 and they said it would be Saturday. Timo’s to the rescue. Called 5: 15. Returned call at 5: 35 saying someone would be out 7-9. I said Saturday morning ir evening? They said NO THAT NIGHT. THAT NIGHT. Oscar arrived at 7: 30. Diagnosed by 8: 00 and offered to fix it THAT NIGHT. He worked into the night and we had cooling before he left. I HAVE NEVER HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS. Repeat visit. Perfect again. Early to the appointment, got everything checked out, helped me realize the water spigot on the balcony works (5 years here) and gone like a flash. Great work. See you in the spring

Another repeat visit but at the new house. Excellent as always. First inspection since closing and everything was great.

Second visit at the new house. They didn't have documentation of the attic space so Nicholas climbed up into the attic and took some pictures. That attic is not pleasant but he got everything he needed along with a coating of dust. Everything was good and we are set until the cooling season starts. Nick was GREAT and very professional.

Franky Castillo arrived perfectly on time and was the nicest, most efficient service provider we’ve ever met. I wish we could ask for him specifically. Great service. (This appointment was for routine winter checkup of the HVAC system and filter replacement.)

The Timo’s team always goes above and beyond. We are grateful and send a shout out to Mario for his thoroughness!

We had a complete system installed including a water heater. On time, installation was a breeze and clean.

Timo’s has been good in the past. Hoping they can get us our back after the twice-annual routine maintenance check appointment today. Will see what happens.
