Old Time Drugs/ TN RX has been my pharmacy for about 5 years. They consistently provide great, friendly and fast service. They always go out of their way to make sure their customers have what they need when they need it. Gary, the delivery man, drives all over the place and still has a super attitude and is really awesome. Everyone there is amazing!

After we got everything corrected on what I needed monthly its gone smoothly. They mail out my medicine and charge my card when it's due. Awsome for someone that works out of town and never around during operation hours.

I have been very impressed how quickly this pharmacy has new prescriptions ready. Also love that they text when I have a prescription that is ready to be picked up as I get several from here monthly and can't keep track of them all. Anytime I have any confusion they are happy to help me figure it out. Although I have no complaints at all about the new pharmacist, I do miss David. Overall the best pharmacy experience I've had!

I love this pharmacy! I will never go back to the big pharmacies again. This is a great little shop and they have everything I need, they fill my prescription safely, and they are friendly. Bigger pharmacies are less safe and wait times are awful. I've never been made to wait here. The store has sage as well which I needed and purchased. Best part is that they are right off Solano, downtown

I'm "old school" and remember the days when having a sucessful business meant having caring, friendly and proficient people working hard to keep the customers happy. There are very few businesses of any kind that still practice the "customer is always right" motto but Old Time Drugs is the exception to the impersonal, big box "cattle call" that seems to be just the way it is at most businesses anymore. They are an appreciated breath of fresh air!

While I like the people there, they don't always follow instructions listed on the account. It is very important NOT to mail meds to my address and it is written on account yet they have mailed meds and one time it was not received

I LOVE the small town atmosphere that TinRX has. Always friendly and helpful! I like the fact that I can always ask questions about medications and get an answer right away …

They are wonderful I just love them they go out of way to help. But I do wish they would go back to being open on Saturday a lot of people work during the week and to get last minute prescription used to be able to go in on Saturday sometimes cannot wait for mail.

Even tho I thought my meds were mailed Gary called the next day and said he'd be delivering them. He must have seen that I had run out 2 days before and brought them by within an hr or so. Great people inside and a really nice man running around all over to make sure their customers don't have to go without their meds.

I went to OLD TIME DRUGS to get my 2Covid boosters. I’m partially disabled so they made arrangements to give me shot in my car. They were still kind and courteous even though they had to come out in the heat. LOVE THEM

The staff was friendly and informative. They were patient to check both of my insurances and find the best option for me. During the wait, they reassured that they were working on the issue as quickly as possible. Cute store with unique items and old fashioned candies.
