Very bad attitude, I understand that maybe he is the owner of the place but I decided not to close the deal after I noticed the bad job they did on my car.in my opinion I would not recommend this place.
I apologize but I’m just been honest.

Great service, called me to come in earlier than my scheduled appt if I was able to. My 4th car tinted here and will be back again.

Tint City always does great professional work. Place looks great and I will come here for any further tint thank you guys!

They were fast and guaranteed their work.but, a hair got stuck in my tint in the back window while they were installing it, it's obvious and noticeable, I went back to have them fix it, but they informed me it would take all day and that I would need to sign a waiver due to the fact they could damage my rear defrost doing so with removal of the tint. I did not want to risk that, now I am stuck with a hair in my tint for life.

Staff was very nice.it was my first time I was walked through every step.my car looks so cool and if you need your tint done this is the place!

First time getting tint on my car and it was smooth. Quick to answer the phone, make the appointment and great that they also educated on the difference of the products. Came out looking great. Only suggest to have a couple chairs outside to chill while waiting. Carlos helped me out through it all.

Update: after 4 full days the windows look perfect. All dried up and no bubbles or blemishes.

Professional and informative. We have had two vehicles tinted here now. Both services were timely and perfect. The gentleman at the front desk, took the time to show me different level tints, with no pressure to buy one over the other. I appreciated that so much. I cannot recommend this shop enough. There's a reason why they have been in business for 25 years.

They did great getting me in the door and lined up to get my tint done farly quick, but i ended up noticing a really bad blemish on my rear window i work during there normal business hours all week so im only able to get in on saturdays so i go in at about 430 (they say there open till 6) i tell the guy theres a couple small bubbles and a bad blemish on the rear window wouldnt even come out to look at it said they are closed and ended the convo. Ill be taking it to the rancho branch to get it fixed. If it wasn't for that they be getting one star

This was my first time getting tinting done here at Tint city here in Redlands. CA. Wendy took amazing care of us and gave us an amazing holiday deal for my brand new 2021 SE Corolla. I took my truck to get all the window tinted on Saturday they had it done in one hour great service and very helpful with choosing the perfect shade of tint I would recommend this place

Fast and very much on top of what they do never felt worried left with 2 hours 25 years of experience will be returning.

Got my windows tinted on my 2017 Jaguar F-Type R. This is likely the 10th-or-so car that myself or my family has had tinted at Tint City! We keep going back because the tint quality and installation are top-notch. Carlos is always great to work with. It sounded like there was a corner of the tint that got folded over (I could hear it), and when I took it in they immediately replaced the tint for the entire window and the issue was fixed. Certainly recommend these guys if you want high quality tint film and installation.

Wow! This place is AMAZING!

So first I took my car to Sundown Window Tint in Riverside. I needed to take my old tint off and replace it. They said they would keep the car for 2/3 days. I took my car and a few hours later I get a phone call they said my tint wasn’t removing like it should and I should just replace the whole back window. I didn’t want to do all that so u went to pick up my car and they way they gave it back to me was HORRIBLE. My back window was half tint, half see threw. They said my tint was coming off like glitter so they didn’t want to keep trying to take it off.
I was disappointed that my car looked worse then what it came in as.

I made an appointment with Tint City in San Bernardino and from the start, Wendy, was very friendly and looked at my car and said “we’ll fix this”
I dropped my car off and same day she called me and said “it’s ready” I was so happy and relieved that I didn’t really have to get a new window & my car looks brand new!
I love this fast and professional service they give!

8th vehicle I've brought here, called on a fri at 535pm asking for a sat spot, they were full and put me on a cancellation list, called me 9am sat morning was there at 930am they were done at 1025am! Gonna make my 2k mile trip the following day much cooler! These guys are hands down the SoCal spot for tint, dealers go there and i can't recommend enough. Great job tint city!
