They were able to accommodate for my lateness. Finished earlier than estimated. Lady was friendly. Would def tint again.

Very good service and friendly people. I tinted my window for less than anyone in town and car feels cooler with the ceremic tint.

Had my windows tinted about 4 months ago. Found a tear on a back window, the manager came out and stated it was from a seatbelt that hit the window. Mind you I never use the backseats. Not sure how they can confirm that is what caused it. I walked away, very unhappy as they said it was not covered. I feel it was just an excuse to avoid replacing it. I will definitely NOT recommend anybody to them.

In response to your comment as far as the warranty. I still disagree with it being a scratch and I am not sure how you are so positive that it’s from the seatbelt.

I had an appointment for car window tinting. I went into the office, signed the appropriate forms, and asked questions. The woman at the service desk was sarcastic and rude when answering my questions. But she answered them. I figured she might be having a bad day and decided to let it go. We go do a walk-through of my car, at which point I asked her about keeping some window stickers on my car and tinting over them. My problem if I choose to do so right? This woman rolled her eyes, said, "That's an unusual request, but I can tell my guys to leave them", then rolled her eyes again, and said, right next to me, under her breath and annoyed, "oh my god". At this point, I can no longer let her attitude go. I tell her, "You know what? I'm going to go ahead and cancel the appointment. Can I have the forms I signed back? " She gave me one of the forms back, and refused to give me the other form back. I strongly advise management to follow up on this. Her attitude was very inappropriate and unsuitable for business. Mind you, I had decided to buy up from what I originally had selected, and they lost that business over this employee's attitude. Terrible service.

Edit: Based on Marc's response to my review, decide for yourselves guys. Marc, you're absolutely right. You do have the right to refuse service. As do I, which is why I did refuse your service by canceling my appointment. I also have the right to share my experience with others. If you believe that rolling eyes at customers, responding to their questions sarcastically, and giving them attitude is professional, power to you. If you're confident in the business and service you provide, don't be so upset by one review. Grow from it. Learn from it. Your response has been incredibly unprofessional. I now understand why the woman at the front service desk feels that she can freely treat customers the way she did. Have a good day Marc. I wish you all the best.

They are very nice and accommodating. I had to drop the car after work and they waited for us and they did a great job. The car looks amazing. Directions for warranty and everything else was clear and they go through all the options with you. I’d recommend.

Was originally given a quote of $235 over the phone, showed up to the business and lady in the front seemed to be bothered by me even though I had an appointment. Apparently 20% tint isn’t available in their basic package and had to “ upgrade” to their mid package which now jumped to $350 for everything. Would have been great to have known that information over the phone instead of wasting my time and having to drive to the shop. They seem like a great shop but lack communication and the lady in the front desk lacks customer service skills.

-Given that 20% is a very common choice for window tint and many other shops offer it in their basic package, why not give a heads up over the phone? Seems like a bait and switch tactic because nobody will expect that the 20% won’t be available in the basic package and will have to “upgrade” to the mid trim. Either way it’s simple communication and the discussion of tint variety should be information given over the phone without having to ask, it will save the business and the customer both their time.

I've done 2 vehicles here.
Top Tier company, with quality products to reflect it.
The crew/ employees have always been very helpful. I meet the owner last time around, and seems to be very helpful and down to earth person that you like to do business with. I'll be back soon 2 more vehicles to go haha

Highly recommend these guys for you tint needs. They are friendly and very professional, I had an appointment and they had my truck in and out at the given time. Tint looked great out the door hardly any bubbles.

Great communication and got a great price, appointment at 11: 15 and got the sides and quarter windows done at the eta they stated, 2-2.5hrs, Clean place and easy to find location. I love my new tint and I adore this place as they have warranty! Reccomend to all!

Had to pay like 40 to have my tint removed because Tulare pd got bored and pulled me over. It only took about an hour and they offered to re tint my two windows for 120.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO TINT MASTER! We went here to get both of our vehicles re-tinted after another place had supposedly used “ceramic tint” but the tint was defective and they refused to fix it. Tint Master with no hesitation took our cars in and informed us they had lied to us. He educated us on the tint and showed us the difference. Tint Master even provided us with warranty certificates. They’ve definitely earned any future business and will refer family and friends here.

The lady at front desk has no customer service skills & is very unprofessional, she needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY! I call the day before my appointment to confirm and drove 45 minutes to find out “I was not on the schedule” then she proceeds to tell me I can’t talk to her boss. I am very upset, she needs to be replaced.

Very great work and excellent service. All of my windows are awesome and so are the workers. They are very passionate about what they do and I will be returning for other vehicles. I highly recommend this business for tinted windows and any other services they offer. Thank you.
