Tip Top Paint & Body Shop - Auto Collision Shop, Auto Body Repair Shop in Ventura CA

My family has been taking our cars to Tip Top for 15 or so years. The quality is always superb, our cars look like new, and the owners and employees have become dear friends. I recently brought in my car after damaging the hood and grill. Not only did Jose and Maria greet me like family, they gave me an incredibly fair estimate, and my car looks as if nothing had happened. They are honest, friendly, trustworthy, responsive, compassionate. Their follow-through and professionalism is impeccable, and if I could give them ten stars, I would! Thank you, Tip Top; we are grateful as always!

If you want to be treated like family than you have to go see Jose and his crew. They are family owned and operated. The level of service is above and beyond any other body shop. They do excellent work at a fair price. Jose takes the time to explain every job himself and will make sure you understand what's going on with your vehicle. I have taken my Tundra here 3 different times and each time I've been amazed at the results. If I could give more stars I would.

Martin was unprofessional and very rude. It took them about 2 months to do some bumper work. He never sent me progress pictures of my car as promised and never ONCE gave me a call to give me an update. DON'T waste your time and money at this place.

After all of the rain California has been through recently, I discovered massive flooding on my passenger side flooring coming from an unknown leak in my car. After going to the dealer who did not have time to diagnose my car and asked to me come back later (which was a time sensitive issue due to potential mold/mildew/rust) I came across Tip Top and from the very beginning I was taken care of right away. Jose kept me informed every step of the way and was so thorough and never left me in the dark on what was happening with my car. From the front of the house reception (so kind and friendly) to everyone working there my vehicle was quickly repaired and back to new in a very quick turnaround time. I have never had something so stress free when dealing with a stressful issue. Absolutely amazing service and extremely fair and honest pricing. 100% the place to go to!

This is a quality, local business with great people and fast turnaround times. I came in last year, with a need for repairing some chipped paint on my car. The team were extremely responsive and managed to repair the paint on the car within 2 or so days, finding time to squeeze our project in within an already booked schedule (as they could sense how important it was for me to get this fixed). A real 10/10, and so glad they are here in Ventura!
