Tire Express- Linda Vista, San Diego CA

Great service, fair price, just needed one tire for my work truck. Was in and out in minutes would recommend to anyone needing new or used tires

Manager/cashier wanted me to check all the tires I needed by myself. I got my hands dirty after all! Not friendly service with overpriced old tires. Only in couple days I saw that one of the tire is not the same like I bought!
I would not recommend this shop.

My car had a flat tire with a nail in it, the emergency roadside guy that helped put on the spare recommended we go here to have it fixed. He said it would be $15. Reading the reviews online seemed to reflect that price. So I decided to go.
When I showed up, it was not very nice looking. Actually looked like a junkyard. No one greeted us when we arrived. My mom got out and tried to get someone to help us. We were told that it would be $25 to have the tire fixed and an additional $10 to have the tire placed back on the car. Thats $35 total, a lot more than $15 like the reviews said
He said it would be 10 min, and motioned for us to wait in these rusty old chairs outside. He came out to show us that a screw was in the tire! We tried to ask more questions about how long the tire would be food for, and if we should replace both back tires. He didn't really seem to want to answer questions. Don't know if maybe it was a language barrier?
When it came time to pay, I was told that I can't pay with my credit card, unless it was over $50. I had to look for cash in my car to pay. Didn't get a receipt.
Quick to repair the tire, but I can't imagine getting actual tires here.
Update: If I was not at Tire Express a year ago, as Bob believes I was not, the signage to the place is HORRIBLE. The whole general area still looks like a junkyard because I drive by it everyday.

GO! I wish I lived in San Diego so that I could always go to them. The day my boyfriend and I were leaving for a road trip, our left front tire lost 30 psi in less than an hour (we filled all of the tires earlier that day). We went to Firestone first (which is down the street). They said that it would take until SUNDAY. It was a Friday. And mind you, we were leaving that day. In the parking lot, we called Tire Express, and they said as long as we made it there before 5 p.m, they would do it. It was 4: 40 p.m. We were in and out by 5 p.m. They deserve recognition for their speed, professionalism, knowledge, and affordable prices! 10/10- Thank you, Tire Express!

Fast repair.but not with precision
the expansion of the review would be that: on my first day of move& arrival to San Diego, I got a tire puncture and flat on my one week old new Tesla.
I took to this shop. I prefer the gag repair system above patch and others. The kids were great, but as he was putting the sealant, I was concerned so I reminded hey aren't you going to put supplementary cement glue around the sealant gag, they said this our system and merely it will be enough! I emphasized my concern and that please don't make me come here again for this tire.they said no, it would be OK! My concern was justified, the hole leaks slowly, and every week, I have to put a few Psi air into it and keep me worried. I will need to take to the same or another shop so they assure a sound and precise flat repair.

Great customer service and always solution based. My go to for tires, New or Used. Came today, in and out in 15 minutes, Tony is the best, suggested I go a half inch smaller on the front tires. My Santa Fe is running great, hugging the road!

I had a flat tire and didn't want to wait for Discount Tire. Tire Express came highly recommended by someone I trusted & they took good care of me.
I m a satisfied customer & I will be back!

A little backstory - my '21 civic had a nail puncture, so I bring it in to Honda Mission Valley (where I leased it from). They told me it can't be repaired and they wanted $220 for ONE new tire.

Since I've been to Tire Express Linda Vista once back in 2017, I figured to pay them a visit. Within FIVE minutes they were able to fix the puncture and send me on my way. Support local businesses people. These guys are the best, prices are fair, and they're zero BS.

Honestly, I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and not once have I been let down! The guys here will make sure to take care of you! They have plenty of sizes new and used for amazing prices and quality! I recommend them to all our family and friends. Coming from a lifelong customer (because I will be) these guys are amazing! As a former TV anchor-reporter I am always looking to find and tell a great story. I found such a story at the Tire Express Linda Vista store I recently visited to find a used tire as a spare for my very old Jeep Wrangler. Manager Emilio Hernandez had me taken care of and out the door for just over $50. I also found him to be very personable.
