Best Deal on Shaw.ended up getting what I paid for. They mounted some tires for me, I double checked that that great price included balance, they assured me it did. Was bouncy when I got it back and took it to my mechanic who did a drive and balance and it was way off.not bouncy any more.ended up paying the same money in the end.but much more time.

Poor service. How can you run a wheel and tire shop without knowing how much psi you use to shoot in a wheel nut or have a torque wrench on hand. I got charged $10 to check where the tire had a slow leak and they shot in my lug nut without screwing it in first. Found out later that day the wheel stud was stripped, due to their careless action, I now have to replace my wheel stud. Will not recommend this place to anyone. If I could, I would've given them no stars.

Worst customer service. Owner was very rude. I was visiting patch for tire. And I had to go back asking about indicator is showing air pressure is low after patch. He was mad to return to ask question. I’m paying customer, however he was acting discriminating depend on customers. Much less respect toward to female customer.

We have been going to this place since they were Carrols. We had all 4 tires replaced on two cars at this place, oil changes, and the fluids checked. A few months after having our cars serviced there, one car broke down because the mechanic that worked on it did not put the battery fluid cap back on correctly. The tower/mechanic that had helped us explained that the cap being off of the battery strained the battery and the alternator. After calling to explain the situation, the manager just yelled at us nonstop. I'm never having my car serviced here again! Appalling customer service. Red Carpet & Oil Change is MUCH better and more professional.

They're pretty good. They do good clean work relatively quickly and aren't overly expensive. I've gotten tires for 3 different cars here over the years and I've been happy every time.

Pretty good place to go for quick service and a good pair of discount tires plus if you buy a part they will put it on hassle free! Not labour free, most of the parts that I'm aware of, just ask and they will let you know!
