Titanic: The Exhibition - Los Angeles reviews
17 Walked in, started to really enjoy the experience when there was an emergency and everyone had to leave. I understand that emergencies happen, but when we tried to reschedule we were asked to pay the booking fee again.
I would like to continue the tour but if the company doesn't take care of the issue I will have to reverse the charge.
Edit; we received vouchers for tickets and no processing fees. Good job guys.
Interesting artifacts on display along with a history behind each one. Great biographies of people aboard. Lots of souvenirs to choose from.
Exhibit was excellent. But more importantly, all the event staff, from the parking attendants, to the guides to all the other support staff, they were very friendly, informative and helpful. Everyone was smiling and made the experience very enjoyable.
The customer service that all the staff gave was amazing, I celebrated my birthday that day and appreciate the great service. Truly recommend this exhibition, it is amazing!
Definitely not what I thought I was paying for. First of all parking sucks, you have to park in the street. Entering was not a issue that was smooth. I think the displays were very well organized, I think the music choice should have been more related to the actually Titanic experience and not based on the movie. Also, If you are going to have someone reenact a scene have that person dressed in that era, not what we wear everyday. I mean we are paying for this Titanic experience. Go once and your done.
The staff at the LA location we’re wonderful! We went on Martin Luther King Day. They were all so helpful and kind. I purchased the VIP+ & we all had an absolute blast! We took our kids & they loved it!
It was nicely done and the staff was helpful, great and super friendly… my son loved it! Captain Joe is awesome!
Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. A bit far to drive for us but worth it. Free parking in the back was helpful. A phone contact number would have been useful.
The staff was amazing! Very informative and made the experience much more enjoyable.the exhibition itself was very interesting.i learned a lot of new things, and we loved it!
We had a fantastic time! The staff was very friendly and helpful along the self guided tour. The exhibition featured many artifacts from Titanic as well as her sister ship Olympic. What truly made the visit were the replicas of the main staircase, promenade deck, and passenger cabin hallways.
Pretty cool experience! Staff was friendly and the exhibits and staging were very interesting and engaging
This Exhibition, from the Parking Staff, to "Captain Joe", and all the other young men and women, who were there to help and answer questions, was absolutely top notch! The Exhibition, itself was exciting, filled with lots of previously unknown information to us, and seeing the sorts of items Titanic passengers would have enjoyed, like brand new, was wonderful! We especially loved the recreations of The Grand Staircase, and the first, second, and third class passenger rooms. Very well done, indeed! We would not hesitate to return for a second visit, and we highly recommend this Exhibition to any and all folks who love history, Titanic facts, and knowing what actually happened on that fateful night in 1912! You won't regret seeing this fantastic venue!
It was nice to see the real story about Titanic & all. The whole exhibition takes about 1hr to finish, a little pricy but if you loved the movie, you have to come visit. Free parking in the rear is a plus in LA.
The exhibit had some really cool areas that made you really feel like you were on board the titanic, such as the living quarters, the outdoor deck area with stars, and the stair case in the main lobby area.
Overall the videos, literature, and small artifacts, all helped educate my guest and I on additional facts we weren’t aware of, plus it helped paint a picture of the unfortunate tragedy that took place on the Titanic.
We’re Titanic fans and we loved the whole exhibition. Highly recommend if you’re a fan or just want to get out. Can’t wait for the movie.
This was a great experience. I enjoyed everything. The replicas of the titanic rooms, staircase and all the exhibits were detailed. The actors were dress according to the time. Fully recommended it. You will be sorry if you missed it
It was ok. I had seen a Titanic exhibit about 10 years ago, and unfortunately, it is pretty much the same. I thought this was going to be a bit better. The only thing that was really different is they had a recreation of a passageway for the cabins, and of the grand staircase. Unfortunately, at the begging of the tour one of the docents was giving out bad historical information and it just didn't help impress at all. If you have never been, go and enjoy. If you have seen one before. I wouldn't waste my time.
