Been with Titanium for several years. Recently dealt with Eliza to update my parents equipment and contract. She is very nice and was super patient answering all my questions as well as my Dads. She got my Dad a sweet renewal deal and made it simple to accomplish. Thanks Elisa.

A week after writing this review, we encountered a problem with the alarm malfunctioning. It was continuously beeping and it was a weekend. Eliza specifically told me she was my contact for ANY problems. Turns out her sweet and promising sales speech lasted only as long as it took to get me hooked into another long contract that has been nothing less than a continuous hassle. Encountering continuous problems with the alarm which gave resulted in a fine with the city for something a tech guy did wrong. Getting help us like pulling teeth and the annoyance if repeated beeping from the main panel is s joke. Do Not Use This rinky dink joke of a company.

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! You can’t get anywhere with anyone nor speak to a manager! I spoke to Mia, Bianca and now Arron they will not provide me a copy of contract or upgrade my cameras like they promised back in March 2022, my contract ended March of 2022 and they keep charging me account! So did they extend my contract or what? ! I get no where with them! This should be illegal! I am going to contact the better business bureau and inform them of their foul business practice.

The installation and sales were great. Our sales person was very responsive and helpful. The service itself is actually amazing. We had a few minor incidents (mostly with my terrible cooking and smoking out the house) they called immediately and asked if we were OK.

We sold our home in September of 2021. We have tried to cancel every single month since then. They continue to charge 65.99 every month. We have tried to cancel. They even tell us we are no longer under contract yet if we don't pay them MORE money our contract will auto renew and we will not be able yo cancel for another 3 yr contract. We have tried canceling on the phone every month for 18 months. We have emailed we have sent letters.

Do NOT use this service they steal money. We have canceled the cards and done everything. They have overdrafts us so many times because they keep pulling our funds. I'm contacting BBB because I want to stop this terrible money stealing practice.

I have had Titanium LLC for just a little bit over three years and then that time I’ve only had problems; had to replace my battery within a year, having problems with my door lock, the alarm will go off intermittently and leaving, the panel kept saying the battery was low and it wasn’t. They would try to fix it on their end however, they couldn’t. Titanium couldn’t send anybody out for over a week almost 2 in the meantime time that meant that my alarm system wasn’t protecting my family and I.

The last straw for me was last month I called because the alarm system kept chiming. I placed a call to Titanium and the lady I spoke to Jenna told me that they couldn’t have somebody out for a week. After carefully thinking about it I called Titanium back a few days before someone was going to come out to look at my alarm system and I canceled my appointment. I told Jenna that I was discontinuing my service with Titanium and she told me that I need to send an email to cancellation department and the support department which I did on January 6th.on the same day. My alarm system panel did not work. It’s been off all that time. However, they still charge me or build my credit card. I still get email saying my alarm system has not been alarmed or set, but how could it if the system has been turned off by them. The following week I called to confirm that they received my email and I told her I had to speak someone in the cancellation department that was Ray Ray had me speak to Zack. After being on hold for almost 8 minutes Zach came back on the phone twice just to tell me that they have to create a ticket and it’s someone from the loyalty department who’s gonna call me back in 2 to 3 days, that was on January 10,2023. It is now January 18 and I still haven’t heard from anybody. So I called Titanium today, January 18, and I got Jenna again. She told me that they did receive my email however, somebody still has to call me back from the loyalty department. How long does it take to call somebody back?
She put me on hold for 11 minutes and then I was hung up on.

This is a terrible company to do business with. Do not, do not do any business with this company you will be sorry. Customer service is horrendous, terrible, and unprofessional. They put you on hold knowing good and well that they are not checking into anything but just to put you on hold because they can. I hate this company!

I spoke with Elisa and I was unhappy about my service but I had been dealing with it. But she called and fixed everything and for her I will keep my service.

Titanium sold and installed security equipment in my home. The process went very well. The company has been responsive when service calls were made. Staff members like Audrey have provided follow up services in a timely and professional manner. I appreciate the consistency in service provided.

Ace was the person I spoke with at the Los Angeles County Fair. He was very professional and courteous. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Explained everything very clearly and set up a technician to install the cameras who was also very professional and Explained everything very clearly. Ace calls and checks if everything is good every now and then which surprises me. He didn't just sell me something and forgot about his customer care. I highly recommend it especially ACE MARTINEZ.
