Waited 10 minutes at the jewelry counter because the associate was helping someone else, that's fine. What's not fine is when another associate comes to let that person go on break & they don't communicate that we've been waiting to be helped now for 15 minutes. The associate that came to relieve the first one, doesn't even acknowledge us & when we finally ask again to see something; she tells me some other customer WHO JUST WALKED UP asked fiest.first.we didn't hear it. Fine so we wait for her to help them, then after she says she urgently needs to take a pair of pants to the front before helping us? I work customer service. Customers always come first. Will never be back.

Maxxineesta! Love the Facial products, the home decor, the work out clothing and dresses. The shoes are affordable the school supplies are oG. Just love it.

The employees don't social distance when it's very possible with lots of room and don't say excuse me either. 3 employees have crowded my personal space without saying a word and staying there. I had to move away from them

What can I say! One of my favorite places to go, a lot of people as always and a lot of celections to choose from. Specially Christmas presents.

Great collection of Christmas gifts. But as far as dress blouses for women nothing that I liked. It's a hit and miss kind of store

This store is so fun! Always a surprise to be found. Just yesterday I was looking for a Christmas present for my 10 year old nephew, he loves all things basketball, nerf, and Nike.
I ended up getting him a very nice Lakers hoodie. He is going to love it!
Store is clean, lots of women's clothing and accessories. Boys wear is very limited.

PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING AUTISM SPEAKS. THIS TJMAXX WAS DOING A BIG FUNDRAISER FOR THEM IN APRIL AND AS AN ACTUALLY AUTISTIC PERSON IT MADE ME VERY UPSET. AUTISM SPEAKS IS HATE GROUP, THEY HAVE TIES WITH EUGENICS AND THEY CALL AUTISTICS BURDENS. PLEASE, AS AN ACTUALLY AUTISTIC PERSON I BEG TJMAXX TO STOP SUPPORTING AUTISM SPEAKS AND TO PLEASE SUPORT THE AUTISTIC SELF ADVOCACY NETWORK INSTEAD.

Very hard workers. Good merchandise and actually labeled sizes correctly with a clean store. Not much of a plus size section, but they had a lot of great clothes all over the store, nice purses, organized shelves and friendly staff.

This place is amazing the manager forgot his name but he has pugs and he greets you when you walk in and treats you like family everyone is so incredibly nice. Like seeing old friends and they didn't give me dirty looks because I bought my dog. He was supposed to go to doggie day care but there was a mix up and I needed to get a bday gift for a friend. They welcomed Brando and I ended up spend almost 200 bucks they have the best merchandise my cart wasn't big enough so much better then Marshall's and its organized. Staff is a hundred times nicer then Marshall's love it. The manager makes this place special. He's the reason I come back.

This particular TJ Maxx in Temecula was dirty and always has a long, slow line to check out.
I was very unhappy regarding their customer service and return policy.
I bought shoes at another TJ Maxx yesterday, the stone fell off the first time wearing them. I brought them to return to the Temecula store WITH my receipt and they told me to go back to the other store.
I have the receipt and the item but I can't get my money back just because it was a different location? Unreal. I won't be wasting time at a store with a bad return policy and customer service.

They have plenty of stuff for the kitchen. Everything I need and a lot of Peanuts themed stuff

Store way too small and it was very crowded. Unable to navigate through the aisles and enjoy my shopping experience. The line for checkout was incredibly long with not enough registers open. I will probably not return and drive further to another TJ Maxx store in the future.

Cute stuff. Found my NYE (also my birthday) dress & shoes in 20 min. People were friendly & willing to help. As a 1st timer, will definitely go back in future

I was in the are visiting family and stopped at TJ Max for some unnecessary shopping for fun. This was a great store because it was organized, clean and offered great service. I found some great deals! They were also following COVID social distancing requiring all customers wearing masks. They also were sanitizing carts and had hand sanitizer available for customer use.
