T.J. Maxx, Escondido CA

I hadn't been here for a few years, what a pleasant surprise. After the holiday, I had to exchange one of the items. It was a very easy process. Everyone was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will be a more regular customer in the future. ️

The woman that checked me out was beyond kind, and very friendly. The store is well kept for a TJMaxx. I've been to bigger but they use the space nicely.

Limited clothing choices. I got lucky maybe two times in years. I prefer Ross. They have more selection of clothing and shoes.

Went to Ross just prior to this visit and I couldn't believe the difference. Same great prices AND 100 times more organized and cleaner looking.

Accessibility: there are two accessible/handicap parking spots in front of the building two doors down, not in front of this store. The ramp to get on the sidewalk is also there or in front of a 30 minute parking spot on the left side ot the entrance (facing the building). The doors to enter TJMAXX are always propped open and then there are a second set of doors that are motion-activated so entering the store is never an issue. Inside they have smooth, tile and wood type floors, and it is well lit in here. They do have restrooms with one accessible/larger stall.

Experience: I love TJMAXX. They have tons of clothes, a homegoods section, pet section, furniture section and more. TJMAXX is a place I go to relax honestly. You can find a lot of cute things really affordable here, and this building is in a huge shopping center with other clothing places, food, and beauty shops. This is a great store with really kind employees.

They are dog friendly and LGBT+ friendly!

I won't be going to this store we wore in line for ever when supervisor came to ask the cashier's how she was doing r u f.kidding me. Instead of helping out bring the line down goes up to her to ask how she's doing oviously she was blind that couldn't see cashier needed help. Oh and there was another one a so called supervisor cleaning up the ile behind, not time to clean up when there's a line.oh and the store was dirty/disorganized. Nope I will go to other store there plenty more to shop from.

I go here a lot since my girls loves the store but very small selection of clothing for men, other than that though, it’s a nice place to shop at

Clean the management staff is always very friendly. The store is well stocked.
I kuat wish, however that they qojld stock it with more trends and fashion than just basic clothes.

I have always gotten good service at this location but today some of their leaders disappointed. They were lacking product knowledge. They didn’t know the difference between a product tarnishing to being used. First manger handled everything but the second one was very quick to start saying all kinds of things about their customer, not knowing she was standing a few feet away. I am Very disappointed

They have so many items. We were in store over an hour. Store was very busy. Employees were nice & helpful. It was clean & organized.

I use to love T J Max but oh my lord every piece of clothing was god awful, it was polyester and it looked like one size fits all. Please bring back the feminine clothing. Most of all bring back COTTON PLEASE

Clean, nice shopping experience and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this location especially if your shopping for jewelry, ask for Sarah she knows her stuff

Love this store. Prices are exceptional. Lots of items on clearance. We found everything we were looking for easily.

I waited in the truck for an hour and a half. My Wife finally came out with half the store.

Enjoy shopping there but at this time not so much due to the restrictions. Otherwise I enjoy & very very rarely ever leave with out purchasing things.
