T.J. Maxx reviews
19Pretty standard TJ MAXX. I could spend hours in this place, especially during the holidays, looking at all the little things they have for sale; electronics, gadgets, grooming products, small furniture and wall decor, call phone accessories, snacks. And all decent prices. It's almost too much some times, but I love it.
Employees were pretty rude and inconsiderate, made me feel extremely uncomfortable for my first time trying to shop there with my newborn baby. I was just looking for a bra. All their bras are mixed up, super unorganized!
Staff was very helpful and polite. Store was very organized. Ended up getting more than I needed. Good selection.
I was looking for something in the jewelry department store but left the because they didn't have enough staff to help out the customers.
Generally I'm not a fan of T. J, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Even mid day, the shelves still seemed fairly organized and generally stocked. Most important however, as the fact that the cashier was cleaning the check out surface between each customer.thank you!
. I've never been in a tjmax that was so clean and organized. Usually there dirty and in disarray.this one's great
Customer service is horrible. The staff is very rude.
I wish I could give this store -s
Clean store and good variety of things. Employees have always been nice and helpful when I've visited.
Always clean! Atmosphere always friendly lots of treasures to find. I found what I was looking for.
This is the place to shop if you want to find different things for your household. I usually find personal items at a great discount.
Customer service was nice. Prices are a little more expensive than the bargain department store. The store was a little messy,
This isn't what I've come to expect from TJ Maxx, there was a poor selection of clothing (what I originally came in for) However, there were tons of great home goods and beauty items. The store was very clean and more organized than any other TJ Maxx I've been in and check out was super speedy, dispite there being a sizable line on Sunday afternoon. It was worth the trip.
I've always liked tj max but lately i feel they're offering too few choices in shoes, zero dresses, and have moved toward lower quality purses instead of high-end leather and designer names. I would also I like to see more (or any) of the highlighted designer items mixed in with the main portion of racks instead of just up front where you can't possibly social distance. I also think the gobs of interesting smaller items that can only be discovered once you get in line should be in another part of the store, also, where you can take your time browsing. This location is clean and very friendly.parking is easy. But it's not the TJ Max I've known for many years, more like Ross almost- lots of cheap stuff with few or no designer/high-end stuff. Also, the last few makeup items I've purchased at TJ or Marshals were old and dry upon opening the package. They still have a nice spice and specialty foods section.
I love the merchandise they have there but let me say customer service wise. Pshhhh it’s not it. I went to the one in Manteca and the lady charged me for a single item 2 times and I told her something wasn’t adding up on my purchase and she said your fine! So I looked at my receipt in the car and my instinct was right so I went back and complained. Then I go back there again today and see the same lady to take a blanket back as well as lotion, and she said “what’s wrong with the lotion? ”” Theyres nothing wrong with it” hemp is a great product, ” like ummm it does not cope with everyone’s skin! And also cutting me off insisting it was a great product when I was trying to say I was allergic to it and it irritated my skin and had a bad reaction. Same with the blanket she said she could not take back because it was “dirty”. Pathetic!
I went to beef up my serum supply, for my new pamper mini fridge! Looks like inventory has finally returned to "normal" levels.
Best store EVER! TJ always has the cutest kids clothes for a great price - and as a mom of 5, that is a must! I am absolutely IN LOVE with the Jessica Simpson line I love that I can shop for my family, my house and pick up gifts for others all in one place. The selection of inventory is priceless!
T. J. Maxx has really a good sale going on in the store. I picked up some great deals. Associates are personable and curtious.
Always be welcome when entering the store. Associates always present. They tey to move the lone as quick as possible. Most visits I come out with something.
Fair selection of products. But of you try to return anything, they act like the FBI. Carefully reading your receipt, Carefully matching the item numbers with the item you're returning, requesting to see the card you paid with. I mean this is fine and dandy once in a while but every time is ridiculous. I am aware there is fraud out there but unless its like fine jewelry or something really valuable, all the careful inspecting is over board.
