T.J. Maxx, Granada Hills CA

How many times have I been shortchanged at the checkout, if it weren’t for far to travel, I would have come to sort it out, 8-99 isn’t lying around on the road.it’s a shame.they counted 8-99 twice

I live in Granada Hills for almost 8 years and just recently discovered this store. It’s definitely better than Target or Ross and prices for everything are much better. Or I better say higher. Jason Wu clothing, Theory, Frame, Michael Kors, CK, Rachel Zoe, Annie Klein and few more well known brands. And again, good luck digging. Cause the only difference between Ross store and T. J. Maxx is pricing.

Very nice location, clean and organized. Stuff is intact unlike some other places Also the personnel is much more friendly A+

I love their trend of clothes for all styles, novelty things, I love that there is everything you are looking for, only when it is time to pay there is always a long line

Picked up some baby leggings that didn’t have a price tag on them only to get to the register and the lady took so long to find a price check on it. Like 4-5 mins I was close to just saying I’ll pass on them and then she gets to the front and tells me she cannot sell them to me since there is no price for it so she goes, “ so what do you want to do”. I just said ring me up for the rest of my stuff!? It’s not like your giving me an option on what to do if your not going to sell them and had me wait a long time.

It’s a nice and clean store! BUT past 6-7 months it’s ALWAYS huge line in the register. No matter what time you go you have to stay in a line about 20-30 m (sometimes 40m). They have either not enough workers or the manager doesn’t know how to organize the associate.

Beautiful store, STUPIDLY looooong lines, ALWAYS, 14 registers and always only 4-5 cashiers only even when lines always is more than 30. This store NEEDS MORE CASHIERS ALWAYS

The lines are so ridiculously long with only three cashiers open. I'm shopping at Macy's from now on. I prefer convenience.

I used to like TJ Maxx, in fact I worked there back in 1988 or 89, when located by Kennedy H. S.
Anyways, now they force everybody to the register at 8: 45! If that's the case, they should change there on line display of store hours. Then, when I asked about why they did it, they lied to my face and said registers automatically shut down at 9. Like I'm that gullible. So I sat around after purchase just to see what would be said to customers in line after 9, and as figured, registers were still used. My number 1 pet peeve is when I am lied to in my face. I take it like that person slapped my face and I will never return now or Never Recommend them to anyone, EVER! If you just do it, so no overtime, tell me that Lier, I could appreciate that, but what made it worse, was that this was the manager whom lied, good work role model!

Very disappointed the line is so long, over 22 people in line and only two cashier's. Their are other employees

Unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for however there's a lot of selection in the store

If you don’t mind digging, you might find interesting items for purchase. However it’s always a big line for checkout and not because of number of people, but because they are always probably shorthand and don’t have available cashiers

The store is very nice and clean, but yesterday I had an incident, with a Latin cashier, so as not to generalize, I found 2 leggings for 20 and when I was going to pay, she didn't want to sell them to me and she kept me there for about 20 minutes because they weren't of the same brand but that, he told him that it was not my problem because there were many more similar ones with the same label and he told me that if they wanted they could sell it to me, if not and I said wow and I still went to bring him another one just like it.the same and even then it was not enough.
