Like the product, but the girl that helped me had some attitude look anoid at the jewelry area

What happened to this place? !? ! I went around 5pm on a Tuesday. Half the lights in the store were off. I thought they were closing early or something but they weren't. They just decided to turn off the lights. It was sad and depressing. I couldn't even read some of the labels. I actually busted out my flashlight on my phone. It made the whole store seem shady.

Staff falls short of greeting customers. This is unacceptable Customers make paychecks a simple hello welcome goes's long way!

They only had two people working at the registers on a busy Sunday afternoon with 100 people in line. I was going to spend good money here but I left my belongings in the cart and walked out

Line literally around the store while a half-dozen employees stand around chatting. Just go to target.

They don't have my size. I wear an x LG, but the ones I like were to small, but it's a great store for household items.

July11 2023 @3: 30pm. The store staff seemed to be very angry especially the makeup in the cabinet and I pressed the button and waited for 15 minutes and a woman came up and was very rude to me and I told her can I take the makeup from it and she was very angry and told me not to keep pushing me to say yes or no. Very rude. I hope their manager can teach them how to treat customers.

This location has the worst employees and the worst store management. BE AWARE. THEY WIL steal your money and they dont care about costumer satisfaction at all. I have purchased a jewelry piece that two minutes later I have found to be broken under the tag, I brought it the way to the store but store manager asked for me to bring it back the second day. On the second day employee Sky F did not help return their damaged product that was for $150 and she accused me of breaking it and she wont understand that it was broken under the tag. Managers there are so rude and they will not help what so ever. That day I made purchases of over $800 that will be returned to them and I totally dont recommend paying them a visit. Also be aware of their return policy even if they sell you something damaged they will accuse you of the damage and will not return it to you.

There are weekly if not daily, smash and grabs going on here. Every single time without fail that I have come into the store for the past few months there is a smash and grab. Its not just homeless people grabbing a shirt or two, which does happen. Its people wearing hoods, gloves, ski masks and face masks, wearing backpacks and filling their baskets to the brim with stuff and running out with them. The employees do absolutely nothing. I know they cant get involved but why not call the police, call corporate to do something? Its extremely obvious when these people are "shopping" and the getaway car waiting outside. Im not sure why TJMax AND Marshalls haven't done anything about this. Hire a security guard or two! Stop allowing baskets outside, something! Its not even safe coming here anymore, especially at night.

More sophisticated store. Prices a little higher, but quality clothes. Excellent service and cleanliness.

Love shopping at T. J. Max. My experience with customer service and clerk's have been friendly and helpful.

I thought going there to work will be a great idea
Boy where I wrong you have employees talking about other employees very bad you have people who don't want to help the other employees better their self and learn the job you have people that been there for years who really don't doesn't appreciate the job then you have people there who also that's supposed to be the boss and running the store but be busy by the fitting room on the phone. They show favoritism also.and I'm still looking for corporate number to report them all. They get other people fired for no reason at all when they aren't they was the best thing that happened to that place.

Very clean store. Not a big selection of shoes and mostly small and large clothes, not a lot of mediums. Would definitely check out their home goods, huge selection.
