T.J. Maxx, San Clemente CA

I shop regularly at TJ Maxx. Two weeks ago I purchased an item and the clerk left the security sensor on. I was not planning on returning the item and tossed the receipt. When I went to use the item and noticed the sensor, I brought the item and my credit card receipt to the store to have the sensor removed. Ironically the sensor activated the alarm when I came to return the item but not when I left. The Manager, Araceli G, treated me like I was a criminal and refused to remove the sensor. She told me to call an 800 number that was closed at 2.30 CA time. TJ Maxx, you need to hire people that are problem solvers and are empowered. Clearly they saw me walk in the door with the item and the buzzer went off. I also produced a credit card statement. Why anger a repeat customer that spends thousands over a $35 issue that your clerk caused in the first place.

One of the largest and most assorted TJ Maxx stores I've been to.it has a wide variety of items and above all, it's much more orderly than the ones you find near the border.

This store is worth it if you go on a trip to Los Angeles and on the way back to Mexico you can visit it, you will have better things to buy than those found on the border

I thought this time the items were missing. I didn't like the quality of the clothes. Very few options of everything. I was very sorry. And messy.

Lots of home goods. Limited amount of Women's plus sizes. Store was clean and orderly.

Music is relaxing for browsing. Very pleasant and I always find things I don’t need. Haha.

NEED more associates in the store on evening shift! Some who were there did not even come to the register to help when we were six abreast. Only two cashiers…. Seriously!
