I enjoy going through the store, however, it’s very unorganized and many items are opened and the discounts or sale prices don’t add up even when you ask the front staff about the price. Sometimes it’s like shopping at a thrift store because the organization is all over- which is the greatest downfall.
They more or less almost don't have nice clothes and what they do have is very expensive, they wear 60 dollars, shoes up to 70 dollars, don't stain
My wife and I visited this store recently and these are our findings:
The good: Prices are decent and if you have the time and patience, you will definitely find a good deal.
The bad: There are some customers (mainly young people) that walk around with their pants down, are loud and have a colorful languaje that is not ok in a business. Management should be able to set standards as that scene is not appropite for anyone.
The ugly: We asked respecfully if I could assist my wife in trying a garment as she recently had a surgery and is not able to move freely. Sadly, we were not accomodated to this situation. I know my wife is temporarily disable, but shouldn't a store of this caliber accomodate someone's disability?
The elder lady working at the jewelry department at 7pm was very slow taking her time talking to customers i was there for a while waiting and still no help
Shopping at TJ Maxx was a great experience! They have a wide selection of quality products at unbeatable prices. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I left with some fantastic finds and felt satisfied with my purchases. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good shopping experience!
