OMG.the lines are sooooo sloooooow! Thank God for the 1 cashier toward the front of the line that day.she was whizzing thru the customers.

I went to get some jewelry and I was attended by a young girl who was very nice and showed me certain pieces that I was interested and ended getting them. Great personality and very helpful! I just love T. J. Maxx

I love this store! I always walk out with a smile on my face, and the staff is so welcoming and nice. The store is always in great condition and has a wide varaity of things with great prices.

The shopping carts are often stuck and not user friendly. When I mention it to a store manager they yes me to death and do absolutely nothing about it.

Today not so good. Did not find anything I needed. But some days are good and others not so good.

The cashier takes a lot time for attend to the customers and she don't want to give bags for the stuff.

The manager- who also works at Pavilions next door, is so unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t look you in the eye when there is a problem. Just mumbles.

Also- the store is a disaster. Won’t ever go back there!

Used to love coming here but for the past four months the stock has been not so great. They also have no mens shoe department, not sure why.

Love coming there is always a good deal to find. Its not over crowd new merchandise stocked daily. Parking is always available.

Poor customer service. I visited this store and requested a complimentary hanger when I purchased a garment and was told no when other stores do provide them. It was so trivial. When I asked to speak with manager, my salesperson Rhonda advised that she was the manager

Bought a kitchen ware a TJ Maxx.my wife didn't like the size, so I had it in the car to return it.
Passed by a TJ Maxx, so I stopped to make the return.asked a clerk first if the return line was the same as the buying line, and she said yes, after checking my item, and seeing that I had a TJ Maxx receipt.
After a long long long line, finally I got to the cashier.
The lady looked at the receipt, fine, then she looked at the item, and something in the label made her refuse the return in that store.
I said, but, this is TJ Maxx, right? , she said yes. I have a TJ Maxx receipt, right? She said yes. So, why I cannot return this item here. She said, that the TJ Maxx were I bought, it is a different TJ Maxx, and I can only return it there.
I learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN BUYING at TJ MAXX

Rude customer service! There was no price on an item and she asked me to go look for one myself while I was already paying. She did not want to take my return item because it was from another store location. She snatch items from my hand. Had the worst attitude.

My family like to come here when the free all the time. They have many things that u want to looking. I bought a lot.

Nice selection of items, especially name brands. My only complaint would be that they need a few more cashier's to handle the volume of customer's. Otherwise, great store.

Not finding a lot of clothes that I like here, also Marshalls and Ross. I do look at the household goods and sometimes electronics.

Nothing too special about this location. Larger baby and pet section than most but still limited. I dont shop here the way i used to. I only go to TJMaxx for cheap gifts

This location has a decent selection (although note as many shoes as other locations). They do offer more home furnishings than other locations though.

A garage sale but with new items that were once categorized into departments and are now randomly placed throughout the store.

That sales associate lavada is so rude.she talks to her colleagues in a rude tone she doesn't say hi or anything she gave me a nasty attitude for returning something she also tossed my change at me if she doesn't like her job she should just quit how can they hire someone with that rude attitude she could at least smile

This store is neat and clean. The items for sale are updated regularly. Clothing, shoes, accessories, household goods, food, jewelry and more are available. Nice prices.
