T.J. Maxx, Redondo Beach CA

The cashier told my kids to stand on a marker while they with me. But wouldn't tell the lady in line to wear a mask! The worst!

Not enough to get deals. I tried to find some designers' brand cloths such as jeans. But I couldn't find my size. Some hangers were not well organized. Hard to find the size. I prefer going to other T. J. Maxx stores.

This store is clean & neat, the staff are friendly & ask if you need any help!

To be in a very beautiful area they have a not so good selection of clothing and items. The Cashiers are cool so I gave them 3 stars

Great shop for some designer goods at cheao prices, but as always with most of these shops you won't find exsacly what you went in for but you will come out with some bargains.
The whole marketing scheme for stores like this is to hit customer's with impulse purchases because we all love a bargain even if we didn't need it in the first place ;)

Love TJ Maxx! Always have the best shopping experience, with the best prices. Returns are effortless. Nice staff and fellow shoppers are nice too. Probably because we all know it's always a win, win at TJ Maxx!

Great store but the TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods family is a bit expensive on some of their things. But they mainly have what suits your needs and like so it's okay.

This is a pretty good TJ Maxx. They have a large parking lot which states share with Ralphs grocery store. More than enough parking to where you want me to worry or stress. Wide variety of merchandise. The employees do their best and offer good customer service. Plenty of cash registers so they will check you out quickly even if it looks like there's a line. It's been my experience that they quickly open more cash registers.

If you’re very familiar with the store you can pretty much count on walking in going directly to the department you need searching a little bit finding your product getting in line to pay hit or miss they’re always busy the line is unpredictable but they do try to move it along As quickly as possible it is fast-paced and I give credit to the employees they really do well.

T. J. Maxx has so many nice things and some great deals. The associates are very helpful and friendly.

Every time I come to this store, there is only 1 or 2 cashiers, even when the line is long. I avoid coming to this store.

Average. Nothing special. Things very disorganized. While looking at clothes I found they were selling many with stains on them. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went in for one item. I found it in 5 minutes and then waited almost 30 minutes in the checkout line. They were so slow. There was only 4 or 5 people before me.

Not the best customer service. It use to have tons of stuff for men. Now it seems that they just don't care to stock much.

They are okay if you have a lot of time to look around plus they never have sales. The pricing is always our everyday low price

I didn't care for "skeptical" way in which I was treated returning a gift (Michael Kors fit bit). I had the receipt but was given the 3rd degree

Every was messy and there was a lot of employees. I stood in line for 40 minutes on a slow night with 2 cashiers then i just left.

The place was busy, quit a few selections for the whole family, but waited forever to check out.

Is always a good deal here and you always walk out with more than you came for and that's because you know it'll be worn out in 2 weeks plus last season style but hey Price is Right
