T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods, Moreno Valley CA

They have so much good things in store I was amazed and great prices wish I had come here long before this. I've been missing out

Customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

Bathrooms were disgusting and waited 15 minutes for the homegoods manager Lilly to respond for a mark down. We were purchasing an expensive item that had chips and scratches on it. She said the item came like that and couldn't help us. She also didn't apologize for making us wait so long and said she was simply coming back from lunch. No sympathy, no apology, no thank you for waiting, nothing. Do yourself a favor and drive to the other HomeGoods instead where the associates are more understanding and friendlier.

Rebecca assisted me with an issue I had. Easily resolved it, I was super happy with her customer service. Will def shop there more often!

Very polite workers. They could have more variety of things but for most part store is clean and line moves quickly

As a guy didn't find anything that intrested me. But my wife got a bunch of things so happy wife happy life.

Great stuff, but the customer service was HORRIBLE! They were closing the store, and instead of nicely assisting customers to the check out or helping them find what they need, they were bluntly rude in saying "excuse me, we're closed" just to get you to hurry up and get out.

I enjoy this store because you can cross between TJMaxx and Homegoods as you please and they have one checkout line. Down side is the line is usually very long. Like many stores in this chain, their stock is very low right now. A lot of space in aisles and walkways. Looking forward to the pandemic ending and stock being replenished! We always find great things here.

My fav store! Stock was down due to this Covid thing that was a little disappointing, but its temporary that's the good news, but it didn't stop me from finding what I went for!

Love the stuff in here! So beautiful and everything makes me happy here lol. They only letting 200 ppl in at a time and it never gets that high it seems becauer everytime I go it's just a handful of ppl and line is very short!

Great shopping experience as you go from one store looking for products for your home and then just walk down the asile and your looking at clothes and accessories. 2 for 1 store shopping expierence.

They have a variety of goods here, I found lots of good deals I'm super excited to come back soon!

Its a nice store but they have very little plus size and boys clothing! Also they dont carry boys and mens shoes! They do have some nice designer had bags for a great deal!

Kinda weird a worker there came up to me and started taking the hangers off the clothes in my cart without asking first. Other than that prices are ok.

I love the selection and prices for clothing. TJMAXX has great selection for luggage, jewelry, shoes and much more. Home Goods is equally great! Great prices and selection. Our store in Moreno Valley is a combined TJMaxx/HomeGoods. SHOP there it is a good place for yourself and gifts for family and friends.

The Moreno Valley location does not offer the selection the Redlands location does. There are thing offered in Redlands TJ Maxx you will never see in MV. I just take the extra 20 minutes to go to Redlands.

It's a good place for shopping nice home essentials but it doesn't have a good collection of clothing. However, good collection of handbags.

The Home Goods side of the store has a great selection, but the TJ Maxx side has a bit less selection in the clothing for women and men.
