We came to this store cuz the line at Ross was RIDICULOUS! We found some awesome deals tho, and I love my new clothes!

Great visit. Compared to other stores, the store wasn't messy the employees were nice and the lines was moving along.

I really like this store but the check out lines are always so long. They need work on that

The inferior experience I had today. I tried to return something, but because I didn't have a credit card, the woman with a terrible attitude told me to return it another day when you have the credit card. That is a terrible attitude. I only requested a store credit, and she told me this isn't working like that. Then I told her do you have a manager, and she told me " I was the boss here". I only know her label is the coordinator.

I love shopping at T. J. Maxx and Home Goods always find what I'm looking for and moore

Love the wares at this HomeGoods and it is the closest one to me so I do frequent it. However, in the last 6 months, the lines have become unreal! 30+ minutes in line on the regular with only a few checkout stands open. They have 14 cashier stations and usually there are only 3-6 cashiers working despite a line stretching into the store. Every other home goods/Marshalls/tj max in the 30 minute radius does not have this problem- I know becomes I have started going to them instead. I have had to abandon my cart mid-line on several occasions and I now only come to this location when I have to or when I have all the time in the world to stand in an annoyingly long line and silently curse the terrible management of this particular location. Hope they fix the issue soon- it’s terribly managed. 10: 30 am and the line already wraps back and forth through the whole checkout area and then just as long into the store!

T. J. Maxx has Christmas store line's all year long! It's difficult to get in and out of the store! The isle's are also very crowded and store karts don't work well because there so large! Wheel chairs and mobility scooters just don't work here!

There is everything for the house, a little expensive if you don't mind spending to make the house look pretty

I love this place. The Home Goods section has some of the cutest home decor. Great prices. They also have a pet section. I don't shop too much in the T. J. Maxx section.

Cute blouses and not that many sweaters it's always good to have a sweater but awesome furnishings.

I visited the TJ Maxx on Saturday, April 22,2023. I couldn’t be more astounded at the help and kindness that “Abeer and Crystal” gave to me and my friend while shopping at this very busy store. These two employees went over and beyond to help me get a bicycle I purchased into my car and get it roped down so we could drive home safely. My friend and I are both senior citizens and normally we don’t get this kind of excellent service.
I can’t say enough about these two women for the great help and assistance they provided us while in your store and I will definitely shop here again! Thank you ladies!

I'm loving home good and their prices. This place has great low prices on all of you home needs. Kitchen, bedding, bathroom, cooking warehouse etc.

The woman in jewelry is beyond rude, has straight black hair, wears it back, wears eyeglasses, thin, young, I was there for a few minutes, and she never asks if I need help. She asks other people that get there before and after me. A guy worker stops by and she starts chatting it up with him, still not helping me. Guess she was more interested in flirting with the guy worker, since she was more interested in chatting it up with him than helping a customer. He finally leaves and she still doesn’t help me. I ask her for help and she looked sooooo bothered that I asked her for help in seeing jewelry at counter. While helping me and the person I was with, she kept strongly slamming the jewelry doors so badly, not once but multiple times! Like a kid throwing a fit! I thought she was going to break them. Had the nastiest attitude. Felt so uncomfortable when I’m just trying to purchase jewelry! But she made me and the person I was with feel so unwelcomed! I will say that on another occasion there was a young lady at the jewelry counter and she was the complete opposite of this negative Nancy. Purchased an expensive ring from her too! Just to show you’re pushing customers away with rude associates. Please train this lady to have manners! On another note, have noticed the extra long lines wrapped outside the checkout lane, and it’s because they only have two registers open! I waited in the long line for a few minutes but after seeing the line not moving and only two registers open, I left the items!

Used to like this store location until tonight. I found a Dutch oven with some pretty hefty damage in the kitchen section. It had two discount tickets on it. One ticket for $32 and a more recent discount for $22. When I went to checkout the cashier immediately started inspecting the sticker. I knew what she was implying, that I had put the sticker for the cheaper price. But if I did that why would I still leave the original discount ticket of $32 showing? Made me hold wait forever while she peeled the sticker off and talked to several managers before saying I needed to pay the more expensive price. I said well this does have a pretty big cosmetic issue going on here and that sticker was like on there. Those stickers wo clearly show some kind of slack if I had taken it off another item. Claimed the sticker was from the wrong department and all that. At that point I was too irritated to argue and just paid the more expensive price. But won’t be returning here again after
